This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

This unit is unique because it is a penthouse with 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! Most at the Summit just have 1 Bedroom and 1.5 Bathrooms. Experience this beautiful penthouse with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico!

Our stay here was very smooth and accommodating from the condo rental to all of the amenities on the property. There was 11 of us and the sleeper sofa never got used. I would recommend this condo and resort to anyone.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in 1505. Love the updated floor and ceiling fan. Unit was clean and more than enough for our group of 8! The couches could use a cleaning but it didn’t bother us

Condo was nice but could use some TLC. There was a lot of damaged areas that would have made the condo more appealing, but nothing that bothered us. The condo floors were very dirty and the beds had sand in them from the slider doors being open. We cleaned the floors when we got there and washed the bedding because our feet were full of sand and black, but the next day the floors were back to the same way we started so it&#x2019;s definitely from the sliding glass doors being open and the sand blowing in from the beach. I would recommend bringing your own pillow as the pillows aren&#x2019;t very comfortable but every thing else was great!<br/>The pool area is amazing and the beach walk out was great, they even had a bin with sand toys for kids so you don&#x2019;t have to buy or bring any!<br/>The condo was adequately stocked with dishes and cooking items and all the appliances worked well. The bathrooms were very clean and updated and spacious. The balcony was wonderful with plenty of seating for our family to enjoy coffee on in the morning. Would recommend this condo!

The Summit was awesome for our family vacation! The convenience of the room, pools, snack shop, and beach were amazing for our group with lots of small children. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We will be back!

When we arrived , the room was already ready . There was me my wife our grown kids and there kids we stayed for 8 days and 7 nights it as the best time possible . The room was plenty big, clean and just over all nice .

We just checked out after a six night stay. I found the unit to be a good fit for us. It was far from perfect (low toilet pressure, poor shower handles, broken burner on stove) but the view, price and ample condo size made up for that. Building has definitely see better days. I found it more than inappropriate to have a casino game in the game room where kids can access it.<br/><br/>Family enjoyed the stay. Thanks for a great trip.

Room was great. Blinds were broken so couldn&#x2019;t close them but other than that the room was as advertised. Summit overall was good except the middle elevators were down and being on 15th floor it could be 20-25 min wait some times.

Everything was as expected per listing! It was clean and the location was great!! Great customer service was provided by all that we came in contact with. View was spectacular from the 15th floor!! Close to all attractions and restaurants that we enjoy!! Great place to stay!!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit as it was very clean when we arrived. It does need updating and they have replaced the living room furniture. There was several small things that needs replacing or repaired but we knew this from reading reviews before we booked our week. The Summit is a great place to stay and we will return.

Was a lil dated and could use a few things replaced but heck we was just staying a few days. The lil mouse was entertaining. But overall it met our needs and we had a good time. Will rent again.
