Overall, the place was nice and located in a good area. However, there are several aspects that could use improvement.<br/><br/>For a 5-day stay, only very small soaps were provided, which was not enough. The towels were also very low quality—very thin and not comfortable to use.<br/><br/>On the day we arrived, a fan in one of the rooms had to be replaced because it was extremely noisy and not working properly, and the lights in that room would not turn on.<br/><br/>Additionally, the building was under construction during our stay. Every morning, including weekends, there was significant noise starting around 7:00–7:30 AM. Because of the construction, the pool was closed at certain times, and the cafeteria was also closed.<br/><br/>With some improvements and better communication, this place could be much better.

Our stay here was very smooth and accommodating from the condo rental to all of the amenities on the property. There was 11 of us and the sleeper sofa never got used. I would recommend this condo and resort to anyone.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in 1505. Love the updated floor and ceiling fan. Unit was clean and more than enough for our group of 8! The couches could use a cleaning but it didn’t bother us

Condo was nice but could use some TLC. There was a lot of damaged areas that would have made the condo more appealing, but nothing that bothered us. The condo floors were very dirty and the beds had sand in them from the slider doors being open. We cleaned the floors when we got there and washed the bedding because our feet were full of sand and black, but the next day the floors were back to the same way we started so it’s definitely from the sliding glass doors being open and the sand blowing in from the beach. I would recommend bringing your own pillow as the pillows aren’t very comfortable but every thing else was great!<br/>The pool area is amazing and the beach walk out was great, they even had a bin with sand toys for kids so you don’t have to buy or bring any!<br/>The condo was adequately stocked with dishes and cooking items and all the appliances worked well. The bathrooms were very clean and updated and spacious. The balcony was wonderful with plenty of seating for our family to enjoy coffee on in the morning. Would recommend this condo!

The Summit was awesome for our family vacation! The convenience of the room, pools, snack shop, and beach were amazing for our group with lots of small children. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We will be back!

When we arrived , the room was already ready . There was me my wife our grown kids and there kids we stayed for 8 days and 7 nights it as the best time possible . The room was plenty big, clean and just over all nice .

We just checked out after a six night stay. I found the unit to be a good fit for us. It was far from perfect (low toilet pressure, poor shower handles, broken burner on stove) but the view, price and ample condo size made up for that. Building has definitely see better days. I found it more than inappropriate to have a casino game in the game room where kids can access it.<br/><br/>Family enjoyed the stay. Thanks for a great trip.

Room was great. Blinds were broken so couldn’t close them but other than that the room was as advertised. Summit overall was good except the middle elevators were down and being on 15th floor it could be 20-25 min wait some times.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit as it was very clean when we arrived. It does need updating and they have replaced the living room furniture. There was several small things that needs replacing or repaired but we knew this from reading reviews before we booked our week. The Summit is a great place to stay and we will return.
