This stunning renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo on the 14th floor of The Watercrest in Panama City Beach, FL, offers breathtaking Gulf-front views and luxurious coastal living. Spanning a spacious layout, the unit features an open-concept design with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase the pristine white sand beaches and emerald waters.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space, perfect for entertaining. The expansive living and dining areas lead to a private balcony, ideal for enjoying spectacular sunsets and the sound of the waves.

Each bedroom is generously sized, with the primary and secondary suites boasting direct balcony access, breathtaking views, spacious closets, and en-suite bathrooms and a walk-in shower. Both spacious master suites have beautifully tiled walk-in showers and the third bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The private covered balcony with 3 sets of sliding glass doors offer access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with ample seating from both master bedrooms or den. This 1,440 sq. ft. condo has new floors and new granite countertops with fresh paint throughout.

The Watercrest is a premier Gulf-front resort with top-notch amenities, including a beachfront pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, and direct beach access. Located on the east end of Panama City Beach, it provides a perfect balance of relaxation and convenience, just minutes from top dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Resort charges $50 registration fee (per vehicle, plus tax and fees). Max of 2 vehicles for the main lot. 3rd vehicle can park in overflow lot (first come, first serve) and is a $75 fee. Link will be sent via email once reservation is paid in full.

Just an FYI owner should no. One dining room chair leg was barely hanging on, if heavy person sat in it they may end up on the floor. Also shower door in bathroom on left came off. Outlet in that room was also messed up. Overall nice place just thought you should know.

The condo is very nice, and having a 3rd bathroom for a 3BR condo was great. Location on Thomas Dr is excellent. The negatives were our grandson crawled around on the floor and his clothes, hands, and knees turned black, so the cleaning was lacking, we had to pay around $200 for parking 3 cars, 2 in the lot and 1 in overflow across the street, and we had the 2 free beach chairs that came with the room and rented 2 more... the chairs were set back a good bit from the water, and people would set tents up in front of you to block the view. We asked the chair guy about it and he said nothing he could do. All in all, we would rent this place again, as we were able to get an early check-in (for an additional fee) so we could watch football!
