Treasure Island Resort Condominium is a premier upscale resort located directly on the beautiful sugar–white sands of Panama City Beach in the popular Thomas Drive area. Dubbed “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches” thanks to its powder–soft sands and emerald–green waters, Panama City Beach, Florida offers a year–round mild climate, with exciting attractions including world–class dining, shopping, nightlife and unlimited outdoor recreational activities.
Located just a short walk from St. Andrew State Park and several of the best restaurants in the world.

The Treasure Island front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival.

This is our 5th time visiting this resort, and we enjoyed our stay at this unit. The unit was spacious with fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The The pool, hot tub, and community grills were excellent as well.<br/><br/>We did experience a few quirks:<br/>Upon arrival we encountered dirty dishes in the sink and on the countertop as well as dishes left in the dish washer. Trash was left unemptied and the carpets were still pretty dirty. That said, this was handled within a couple hours of us calling and alerting management.<br/><br/>A few other small annoyances: the fridge water filter is over a year past due for replacement, the dish washer is in need of repair or replacement, the TVs in the bunk area were either missing remotes or not working, stools in the kitchen need to be replaced and had rusty staples exposed on the seat.<br/><br/>That said, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book with this management company again.

Needs some updating (furniture and carpet). Highly recommend a dehumidifier. Needs new pots and pans and a cutting board. We bought our own frying pan and made the best of it. Had a great time. <br/>

Mostly okay. Beds were not very comfortable and kitchen lacking several items such as glassware, baking sheets, spatulas, tongs etc. Bulbs out in some lamps. Management company was very responsive and brought some glassware and baking sheets.

The unit was great! The view was great! The location was great! The unit could have been a little cleaner, but it did not hinder our enjoyment. We will definitely rent again and again!

Other than a few minor things we were happy with our rental. It could have been a little cleaner, especially the inside of the refrigerator and we were missing the bedspread for the 2nd bedroom. I notified them of the bedspread and they were supposed to have brought us one but never did. I don&#x2019;t have any major complaints and would probably stay there again.

Very nice place to stay, excellent location. Photos were very accurate & rooms were very clean. Steps from the pool and beach, and the two beach chairs with umbrella were an excellent included addition. Overall great experience
