The decorations in this condo are very upscale and coordinated.
- Master BR king size bed flat screen tv with cable and private bath.

- Twin size bunk beds in a separate out of the way area off of the hallway with another full bathroom next to it. They are big enough for grown adults.
The living room has a large flat screen tv and has a Queen Sized pull out couch.

There is a one-time resort fee of $48 + Tax, for up to 2 parking passes and resort wrist bands paid online to the resort at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $58 + tax if paid less than 24 hours in advance or at the registration desk on the day of arrival.

The view from our unit was amazing. We booked a different unit and on day 3 the AC unit burned up. The management company was phenomenal a tech came quickly, when it was determined it could not be repaired they found us another unit. This one and it was even better than the original. Decorated very beachy, clean newer appliances. We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking this unit again. We seen dolphins, turtles, and stingrays from our balcony. Beach and water are beautiful, staff exceptionally friendly. Cant say anything else except THANKS

It was a nice Condo. We didn’t have a problem with the unit 2811 itself. The only inconvenience was the elevators. I believe it was because one set of the elevators was not working. However the resort did provide elevator runners that assisted in getting everyone on in a timely manner. The staff at the resort were super nice and helpful. I only had one issue with the actual unit but it was on the last night. The washer was in loc mode. I called the day we left (Saturday) reported it and the person with ECDI thanked me. All in all it was a pleasant experience renting from them.

The Tidewater condo had ample space. We had amazing views. The only negative was at the beach with the staff. Several times we were asked to place our chairs back in line and they came each day to take umbrellas and close up beach area around 4pm. The rest of our stay was wonderful.Alot of road construction in PCB

It was just right for us. You might want to update the chairs in the living room, they are a little worn. There was only 4 sets of silverware so it would be nice to have more there. Everything else was great!! Will rent from here again!!

Overall the condo was good enough. There were several things that needed improvement but wouldn’t keep me from booking again. 1- the king mattresses were wore out- bad. They’re extremely loud and have deep indentions where people have slept. The bunk beds have springs poking you. 2- the floors aren’t mopped between guests. They were pretty grimy. I didn’t see a single mop on a cleaning wagon the entire week. If the condo would have had one I would have done it myself. 3- the day before check out the cleaners dropped by a big bag of linens to leave until the next day. No biggie but they rang the doorbell then walked in before anyone got to the door. Day of checkout a man came at 8:35am and put the code in the door and opened it looking around I assume to see if we had left or not. He didn’t ring the doorbell or knock. I watched this happen as I was standing outside the condo waiting for an elevator. I informed him we were loading up and he smiled and nodded. As many reviews state- the elevators are a nightmare on saturdays and sundays. It took almost an hour to get one back up to the 28th floor so that we could take the luggage cart back. There was at least one if not two or three elevators out the entire week. The condo was nice and decently clean minus the floors and we enjoyed our stay.

Would definitely come back to this condo. Beachfront, gated parking garage, great staff, clean condo, plenty of things to do for kids if they get bored. Beautiful view from the balcony, close to Pier Park and other stores, just a wonderful experience. Description is very accurate, they had all kinds of cookware for us, all the amenities listed were accurate as well. Definitely check out the game room donwtairs. The ckndo was clean and well kept, the beach was clean with no trash laying around. Also if you get this condo you get 2 free beach chairs for the week which would cost over $150 to rent for the week. Security staff everywhere so you feel safe, gated parking garage so you can leave your car without worrying about a someone breaking in. Great customer service as well, very helpful!<br/>If you like crab legs I highly recommend going to Winn Dixie or Publix and buying your own. They will cook them for free with whatever flavor you want. Tasty and I only paid $65 for 6 lbs of snow crab, you have to sign up for their rewards and you get half off.

Room was spacious, but not very clean. We had to clean everything when we got there. There was a small issue with the washer leaking, but maintenence fixed it. The dryer vent does not fit properly in the dryer, so that damaged some of our clothes. Everytime i called about an issue, they were extremely friendly and willing to resolve it. The room itself had everything you would need in the kitchen. It even had extra linens. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Besides a little miscommunication about the TV working properly,our stay in the condo was great. The condo could have been cleaned a little better and the outside furniture needs fixed or replaced. But all in all it was a great place. I would definitely stay here again. The Tidewater staff were very friendly and always very helpful. The free beach chairs and umbrella was a super plus. We had a great time and enjoyed the condo.

Very nice condo. Great location right on the beach and close proximity to shopping and great restaurants. Some areas of the condo could have used a little dusting but since right on the beach with sand being tracked in understandable. Only con was could not unlock A/C from 67* so stayed a little too cool for this cold natured gal. But overall very happy with the condo and would definitely stay again.

This room was perfect for our family. Between the kids and their friends, total of 8 was plenty roomy. The beds in the master beds rooms slept great and very comfortable. The 28th floor had me worried, but the view was amazing. The condo is very easy access to the elevators. The kitchen was well modernized and well supplied. Another great vacation staying with Emerald Coast.

Condo was perfect for what we needed. LOVED that it had 3 full bathrooms. Balcony view was great and kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Only downside was that the market seemed to close earlier than advertised, but super convenient and the beach chairs and umbrella that came with the unit were a great value add!

Place is nice but needs a few updates. Upon checking in at 4:30pm, the condo was clean but didn't smell like it was disinfected so I did a little covid cleaning of my own. Couch, chairs, and rug needs to be replaced. It was quite dirty. Shower curtain was full of mold. Thank goodness for the 3rd shower we ended up using. It was inconvenient but worked. It looks like the pictures and kitchen supplies were given. If you plan to cook, bring a non-stick pan. There was a keurig available and fridge was clean. Prepare to bring dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. When you get there, park on level 2, that is where check-in is and you will get a parking pass. Pre-register to have it all ready for you and save $10. Elevators took a while at times but mostly fine since we went during off peak. They leave you dishwasher pods but bring clothes detergent pods and dryer sheets if you plan to wash your clothes while you are there. The 28th floor was a beautiful view. The water was clean and the chairs and umbrella were a plus! You can use them up until 5pm. The beach is small so the chairs are pretty close to the water. And the umbrella is removable! Very nice short clean walk to the beach. The beach rental attendant is very nice. Property management are very responsive. Thank you for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tidewater, we had plenty of room for the three of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We loved the fact that their were three full baths and the view from the 28th floor<br/> was beautiful! The two bedrooms came with a TV in them so we each had our own. The Condo could use a little updating on the furniture, but overall it was nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Room 2811 was very nice, the beds were comfortable, The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was amazing. It was great having the washer and dryer when needed. We had a great visit to Tidewater and loved our stay in 2811. Lots of room with a wonderful view. Condo was great, and we loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were included every day. That was a huge benefit and great savings. These are not included with all rentals. Loved being able to walk to the dog beach and pier park. Would definitely return!!

Not a fan of heights,but the 28th floor provides awesome views of the beach,pier and water ! We spotted turtles fish and sharks with ease.We could spot people on the pier as well with binoculars.This is the first time we have stayed in an upper unit like this,the balcony rail is nice and secure,safety is no issue.Very cool.Bob the property manager kept in touch with us throughout our stay answering any questions we may have had.

We were initially concerned about being on the 28th floor for elevator access, but that concern was unfounded. We had little to no trouble with elevators all week other than checkin time which is busy everywhere.<br/><br/>The condo was just as represented on the site. It was comfortable for 7 of us that were all adults or college aged children. The rooms were nice. The bunkbeds in the nook were nice and located next to their own bathroom. <br/>Emerald Coast properties were in touch with us to make sure our stay was going well which was nice.<br/>This unit came with beach chairs which was really nice and made it easy to claim a spot on the beach.<br/>The property had more staff than any place we have stayed. They kept it clean and helped with the efficiency of the elevators. <br/>Weight room was also one of the nicest. <br/>Great beach vacation. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. We loved the comfort of the beds and the linens we nice. The kitchen had almost everything we needed just remember to bring your own dish soap and dishwasher soap bc they only leave one pod for you. Also remember to bring more toilet paper. Be prepared that at times the elevators are very slow during peak hours and the condo is on the 28th floor. We had 4 adults and 2 teens and had plenty of sleeping room but we all couldnt sit in the living room at the same time one had to sit in the floor or use the stools. It is very nice to have a pair of chairs and umbrella that comes with the condo. You must get there early to get the spot that you want. All the appliances are nice and they have a Keurig. My only complaints are that the dryer made a squealing noise and there was a small drip underneath the kitchen sink. The big sliding glass to the patio was very hard to open.
