Just spent the week staying in condo 1513. On arrival we had to check in at the lobby and pay a $27 resort fee (no issue) and were given a parking pass. The location of this resort is great and the views are amazing. We were told the last 2 weeks of April are always quiet so we never had an issue getting a spot on the beach or at the pool. Staff were always making sure the grounds were clean and the pools were kept clean. The condo itself was spacious with almost anything you could need in the kitchen. The condo itself has normal wear and tear. The unit has a washer dryer and dishwasher which was great. It did not have beach towels or anything extra for the beach when we stayed, so you may want to bring your own. Overall I would stay again.
