**Free Beach Chair Service (March - October)**

Escape to paradise and relax on the sugar-white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico with our oceanfront condo rental. Our twelfth-floor unit boasts panoramic views of the emerald blue waters and famous amber sunsets, with a private balcony perfect for dolphin-watching. Recently updated and redecorated with new furniture, flooring, paint, and decor, our unit also includes a small desk for working remotely while enjoying a beachside vacation.

Experience the ultimate in relaxation with our complimentary beach chair service, available seasonally from March through October. Our beach attendants will set up and take down your two padded loungers and large umbrella, leaving you to simply come and relax.

Our condo features include a living area with Gulf views and a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, a bedroom with a king bed, bunk beds in the hallway, and free wifi with Roku. Sleeps 6.

The Summit, our centrally located resort on Thomas Drive, offers a variety of amenities for the whole family. Enjoy the two main pools (one heated during winter), sundeck with lounge chairs, two children's pools, hot tubs, sauna steam rooms, fitness center, and more. The resort also offers a seasonal sundry shop, Bikini Bob's restaurant, a Tiki bar, charcoal grills, and on-site security.

Located near shops, restaurants, golf courses, and the popular Pier Park, and just a short drive from St. Andrews State Park where you can catch a shuttle boat to Shell Island or enjoy hiking, fishing, and more. Parking is available on-site, with a registration fee upon arrival for parking passes and armbands. One vehicle max per unit during peak season. My wife and I stayed for 8 days. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The property was loaded with amenities which included a Tiki lounge and a snack bar (Bikini Bobs) which were great for good and drinks whilst in the pool area or going to and from the beach. We contracted the booking agent once and was given a fast reply and a quick resolution. Your 15 mins away from everything. We highly recommend a stay here.

absolutely beautiful clean. I enjoyed it. The Wi-Fi worked perfect. Everything in the condo was how I would wanted. And I treated it as if I was the actual owner.

Loved our stay in 13th floor condo at the Summit on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. We overlooked the pools and beach areas, and watched some gorgeous sunsets from our balcony. There were plenty of things to do- state parks nearby, great seafood restaurants, golf, and entertainment( the Scott Herendeen Theater was very close and had great shows at a reasonable price. The beach was beautiful and well maintained, as were the heated and unheated pools. Our condo was clean and well appointed.

The best condo on the beach! They have everything you need there for your stay! The best view as well! The bed was so comfortable and had great water pressure in the shower! Love the chairs on the beach so we didn’t have to take our own! Also it is decorated so cute and up to date!

WOW! We have stayed at the summit before and this is by far one of the nicer units we have stayed in. The elevators were terrible as usual, but it was worth the wait. This was clean and very nicely updated. Everything we needed was there and the company was quick to respond when we needed some extra items. We come to PCB often and love staying at the summit and will definitely rent from 1218 again. Five stars for sure. THANK YOU!

this unit at summit #1218 was updated and felt like we were at home! we had stayed in a different unit the year previous year and it was over furnished and was outdated, unit 1218 was much nicer. it was a joy staying in this unit. it was a 5 out of 5 stars

The property was great for our needs- a great location with an ocean view from the living room and patio. We enjoyed watching the sunsets right from the condo. It was clean, tastefully decorated, updated, and well stocked. The bed was SO comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. The complex is a bit outdated, but upkeep is nice. This is a cozy space and our family had fun!
