This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

This unit is unique because it is an end unit with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms! Most at the summit just have 1 Bedroom and 1.5 Bathrooms. Experience this beautiful end unit with wrap around views of the Gulf of Mexico!

The 8th floor offers unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as breathtaking sunsets.

Everything was nice except for the beds are hard and look dirty. They need replaced. I had to fight with the shower curtain the whole time. I was trying to keep it from blowing in on me which allowed the water to get on the floor. They need shower doors or weighed shower curtains. The elevators got stuck. We stayed here in April so it wasn't to busy but we stayed in another condo last June and the elevators were so slow.

We had no problems with the unit. The only thing that could make it better would be a more comfortable mattress. It wasn&#x2019;t bad, but it wasn&#x2019;t great either. The unit had great water pressure.

Great wrap around porch with great coastal views. The porch furniture could use some updating! The entrance door lock system is hard to open- needs repaired. The Summit resort front desk help are useless. They are not willing to help with general info. Poor Hospitality!!!!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed our time. The room has been remodeled and it looks nice. It does need a thorough cleaning. You can tell when they come in to clean, it is bare minimum.

Love the Summit! Have stayed at this resort several times and always have a wonderful time. Staff is great Bikini Bobs is always fresh and delicious and the ocean sunset can&#x2019;t be beat.
