Description

This condo has never been rented before this year. It comes with free padded beach chairs (seasonal) which is a $240 weekly value.

The Summit has Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard Courts, Poolside Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob's Poolside Restaurant, The Summit Snack Shack Convenience Store & Ice Cream Shop, Parasailing & Jet Ski Rentals, 610 feet of Beachfront, Kids Playground o the Beach, Volleyball,2 Big Pools, 2 wading pools, 3 Hot Tubs, Fitness Center & Sauna, Gated Community with Security and more facilities on site and in the immediate area than any other resort in Panama City Beach.

***VERY CONVENIENT 2nd FLOOR at the Summit, skip the busy lines at the elevator and just walk up one flight of stairs to the condo!

Just steps away from the beautiful sands of PCB!

The Summit has two large pools for guests as well as both indoor and outdoor hot tubs! An exercise room is located on the ground floor near the lobby for guests as well!

The master bedroom in this beautiful unit has a 2 Queen size beds and a flat screen tv. It has access to the 1 bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower, and 2 sinks.

The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa, a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal!

Washer and dryer included!

Private balcony is a good height to still have a view but not to high if you or someone in your group is afraid of heights!

We had a wonderful stay! Our Condo was so clean and everything was perfect. Plenty of towels, sheets, rags cooking appliance everything. Everything you needed was right there within walking distance. So glad we stayed on second floor because the stairs were very convenient do to the elevator being over <br/>crowded. I highly recommend this Condo!

Great place to stay with a great view. My favorite place so far of any place I have visited. Plenty of utensils and beds was awesome. Definitely would recommend staying there.

Loved the beautiful view from our balcony and being able to catch the sun without having to hit the beach or the pool. All we needed was available in the rental including grills...which my husband loved. We were located on second floor, made it easy to get to our rental without having to wait for the elevators which were extremely busy! King size bed was comfy, room was a little tight. Disappointed there were no outlets in the large bathroom. Some storage was taken up for lots of towels. Overall, we would stay again &#x2014; sold on view and location.

We loved the place. Want to let you know you spend a lot on water dye to the leaky kitchen sink and shower. And we had the AC fan o auto but it rarely kicked off for more than a few seconds. Nit a problem for us. Juat thought you'd like to k ow.

Enjoyed our stay at Summit 0211. Unit was clean with well-maintained furnishings. The description was accurate. No communication with owner or manager. Was required to check in at front desk to get wrist bands and parking permit. Desk personnel did not appear to be a people person and the system was chaotic. I would recommend this unit with this in mind. It is on the second floor so if you want to see the ocean and have a private balcony you may want to go a few floors higher. Palm trees block ocean and beach and there is pool traffic day and night. Plus is you can avoid slow elevators by using the single flight of stairs. Overall, very nice rental but view and balcony privacy would keep me from renting again.

We stay at the Summit every year and typically stay in different condos and they are nice BUT condo 211 was by far the cleanest, most beautiful unit we have ever stayed in. I am hopeful that we can book this every year. If you want to stay at the Summit, this unit is the very best.

We stayed for the entire month of February. We did not realize that is the off season down there and some of the businesses were closed. More specifically all the ones that were at this complex. Included the shack on the beach that provides you with the free beach chairs this property advertise in there first line. We also feel this company charged more for this rental they should have been. After talking to others and finding out what they paid we feel we were over charged for the time of year. The condo was nice the view was great and we loved the city. The people at the complex were not very helpful but we never had to talk to them much. It would have been nice to know about the places being closed but we will know for next time. We will be coming back but now that we know the city better we will probably look for a unit close to pier park because we really enjoyed it down there. Overall we had a great trip and really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed out stay at the Summit 211. It was very convenient not to have to use the stairs. And having the free Beach Chairs was a nice bonus. We found the place to be clean and comfortable.

The room was not very clean. When we arrived, there were towels still in the dryer that were not dry. The floors felt dirty, the bathroom sinks/vanity&#x2019;s we&#x2019;re not very clean (toothpaste on faucets, etc). The dryer did not dry clothes well, had to run the cycle 2-3 times. The room did come with complimentary beach chairs which was nice.

Overall great place! Condo was very nice and clean with good view from the balcony. Easy access to the swimming pool and beach. Love that is on the second floor and able to use the stairs instead of the elevator.
