2nd floor 3 Bedroom 2 Bath condo at the beautiful Sterling Beach!

Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in

-Master Bath has a garden tub and separate shower and double vanity
-2nd bedroom has a QUEEN bed and a 42” TV and DVD
-The 2nd bath has a combination tub/shower and a double vanity
-The 3rd Bedroom is kid friendly with 2 sets of bunks beds and a 32” TV & DVD

We booked this place with specific sleeping arrangements needed. We’d never stayed in this particular spot and were unfamiliar with PCB and it’s amenities, so we were unsure of what to expect. Fortunately, we were NOT disappointed! Easy access to beach, ample parking, facilities were impeccably maintained, and lots of space for everyone to hang out and relax. I couldn’t have been more pleased with this unit, and if we ever return to PCB, THIS will be my first choice!

Beautiful and clean, everything as expected! Had a little trouble with wrong gate code and Wi-Fi password, but got it figured out and enjoyed our stay! Would definitely book again!!

Very spacious, nicely furnished condo, met all of our needs for family of 5. Nicely kept pool area and workout room, and very close to the beach. Provided basic kitchen needs, beds were comfortable (despite what a previous reviewer had said) and a few sand toys and inflatables were provided. Unit came with 2 free stationary beach chairs(pretty far back from the ocean and no extra in the unit), so if you need more or want to sit by ocean, then bring your own). A few problems noticed after we checked in Saturday: WiFi password wasn't updated in check-in email, the elevator button on our floor was broken, and the cable box didn't work in the main L. Room. We were able to switch out a cable box from a different room and the other 2 issues were resolved by Monday. Overall we were very pleased.

We have stayed at Sterling Beach many times but this was our first time in condo 206. The beds slept great and my daughter loved the bunk beds. My husband loved the recliners. Overall we had an amazing week.

It's a great quiet private area without a lot of people and traffic. The condo however had a few things lacking. We did not have Internet service on the TV in 2 of the 4 rooms for 4 days Having younger children on our trip this was a Major inconvenience. When we ask for help from the HOA maintenance people, They stated it wasn't their issue. We only got help on day 4 after I went to the manager of the HOA

My family of seven spent the week here for spring break 2021. We had a wonderful time and will be back, the location of the condo was far enough away from the main street that it wasn't loud and crazy traffic, but close enough that we went the main street everyday. The beach was beautiful and clean. We appreciated the maintenance staff making sure we all had on our bracelets and enforcing other rules. The condo could have been a little cleaner, I wiped down bathroom doors and the front of appliances. I understand how hard it must be to flip these places for the next guests. Beautiful place and we can't wait to go back. We enjoyed many good restaurants while there too.

We loved this place. Beach was steps away and the condo had a beautiful view. Everything was clean and organized. It was so easy to booked too. Definitely going back again.
