Seychelles Resort is Gulf Front condominium, conveniently located on the peaceful end of Panama City Beach, within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park and only moments from the Marina, where you can enjoy excursions to Shell Island. 2 Minutes To the Marina. 3 Minutes To St Andrews Park and The Shell Island Dolphin Cruises !

During busy times there are Blackout Dates for parking, this means we are only allowed to give out 1 pass per condo. This is the HOA policy. Blackout Dates are May 26 - 29, June 11 - July 30, September 1-4, October 14-16.

LOW TRAFFIC Part of Panama City Beach. You Will NOT Be Stuck In Gridlock Traffic Here On The East End Of The Beach.

Seychelles is adjacent to 'Schooners', the Last 'Local' Beachclub/Restaurant in PC Beach - Good food and great music! Resort is convenient to the area's best dining, nightlife, water park, zoo, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, snorkeling and other area attractions.

PETS: Seychelles is not a pet friendly resort. Additionally the owner of this condo has severe allergies further restricting the allowance of pets. If you have a service animal we would kindly request that you reach out to us to inquire about our many other properties that can accommodate you and your service animal.

If you enjoy cooking, Publix and Winn-Dixie stores are only 1 mile away. A 5-minute short walk on the beach will lead you to St Andrews State Park.

First timers to Panama City Beach and it didn’t disappoint at all. Condo had a tremendous view and the water was perfect almost all week. Beds were super comfy and plenty of space. The only thing I wish the condo owners would do would be to have some coffee ready for incoming tenants and get new towels. Very rough on burned skin. Other than that the condo was perfect for a family of 5.

The amenities and views can not be beaten! I was also very impressed with Emerald Coast Destinations customer service. They bent over backwards to accommodate us and to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend!

The condo was perfect and with it being on the 21st floor was quite a view. The only thing that would have been better would be if the sliding doors on the master bedroom and living room would have opened easier. We got them to work, but was a real struggle each time I think the living room one was off the track or something. I did see a maintenance man on the elevator and asked him to come and check, but he didn't make it up and we never called to have someone fix it.

We enjoyed our stay, and would have given this condo five stars except for one issue. Upon arrival, both of the sliding glass doors facing the gulf would not open. A bedroom TV wasn't working either. I contacted Emerald Coast immediately. A maintenance person came out on Sunday and fixed the tv and the sliding door in the bedroom. However, they did not repair the sliding glass door in the living room. I contacted them a few more times about it before I gave one ever responded to tell us when or if it would be repaired. For the entire week we were there, we could only access the balcony through a bedroom which was very inconvenient if someone was sleeping, dressing, etc in the bedroom. Otherwise, the unit is a nice place to stay.

View, location, space, amenities, cleanliness, beds and furnishings all superb. Visiting in November was wonderful on 2 counts, perfect weather and no traffic problems. Our only concern was that there were no parking passes in the unit. I contacted the management company who responded quickly to my concern but were unable to locate the passes. Fortunately our vehicles were not towed from the parking garage. We look forward to enjoying this unit again.

The condo was wonderful. Overall, our stay was comfortable despite the weather (windy and rainy) and speaking of the wind - it was hard to sit on the balcony being up so high the wind whipped around the building and the railings rattled/vibrated so it was noisy at times - we did see dolphins several times though so that was a plus of being up so high! The condo was well stocked (no hair dryer though). We loved the space that the condo provided and had a great week!

Location - Great location with wonderful views being on the 21st floor, especially with the wrap around balcony Easy driving distance to many restaurants and activities. Elevators were fast and efficient, even during busy times.<br/><br/>Property - The condo is very nice and comfortable (we had 7 people). Also has a nice desk in the living room (for those doing a little remote working) The property in general is cleaned (surface level clean), no concerns there, but is due for a deeper cleaning (vents, water dispenser in fridge, washer) <br/><br/>Do note, if paying by credit card, there is an additional service fee charged after the VRBO payment is made (which was a surprise).

This condo has a nice layout and a beautiful ocean and city view with the wrap around balcony. But the cleaning was not good furniture needs updated. There was a spill on the wall behind master bedroom nightstand, coffee maker had not been clean, dishes left in dishwasher, mold in master shower, shower shower curtain in 2nd bathroom had mildew on it, floor was still very sandy, couches had a lot of crumbs down in them and food and crumbs under couches. Contacted owner and have yet to hear back from him. I would go to Seychelles again but not with this condo.
