The beach may be accessed by taking the elevator to 1st floor and stying in the inside hallway all the way to the beach. This condo is perfect for a private beach getaway with family or friends that sleeps 7 people comfortably.

As you step inside, you'll be amazed by the gorgeous property. Enjoy the stunning views of the gulf from the living room balcony and of Lake Powell from the master bedroom balcony. The west-facing location is perfect for capturing the stunning sunsets over the emerald water.

This condo offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, starting with an interior hallway entry located at the quiet end of the corridor near the stairs. The nearby stairwell provides quick access to parking, as well as an easy alternative route to the pools and the beach, while elevators at the opposite end of the hall make getting around effortless. Guests can reach the beach by simply taking the elevator to the 1st floor and following the interior hallway all the way out, no need to step outside until you’re on the sand. This building also houses the main heated indoor/outdoor pool, saunas, fitness center, and poolside snack bar. Inside the condo, enjoy a private Gulf-front balcony from the living room, a peaceful lake-view balcony from the master bedroom, and a Gulf view from the second bedroom. The resort features the largest stretch of beach in PCB, plus direct access to the beautifully preserved shores of Camp Helen State Park, ensuring plenty of space and minimal crowding. For those who enjoy exploring the water, an on-site boat ramp and dock offer lake access, with temporary boat and trailer parking available. With very limited public beach access nearby, your shoreline stays serene and enjoyable.

Our tower has 3 elevators that make your trip down to the pool or beach more enjoyable without the long wait.

Take a short walk or bike ride to the downtown Carillon area where you'll find dining and shopping options. You'll have access to all the amenities the community has to offer, including indoor and outdoor pools, four tennis courts, a fitness center, basketball court, men’s / women’s sauna, outdoor grills, playground, bocce and shuffle board courts.
Also enjoy access to Lake Powell complete with a dock and boat slips. The Kayak and canoe rentals are located at Saint Helen State Park just across the bridge close to Pinnacle Port. You and your family will have plenty to do if you so choose. Carillon offers free concerts throughout the week as well as Sunday Church service in the Chapel.

The condo was cute & comfy with a well stocked kitchen. The condo does have a syrup like smell that never goes away. We never received the qr code to enter the gate even after contacting the rental company multiple times.The condo was mostly clean but the porch was still covered in sand & the floor needed to be swept in the condo. The location of the condo is great. The indoor/outdoor pool was big fun & always very clean.
