La Dolce Vita is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway! The kitchen has all of the necessary appliances you will need during your stay. The dining table seats 8 for the entire crew to have a delicious meal together, and extra seating at the bar! The living room features new sofas , and there is a huge balcony for all to take in the sights of the Gulf for miles! There are 2 Gulf Front Master Suites, one features a King bed and the other features 2 Queen beds. The third bedroom has a king size bed. The 4th bedroom offers a twin over full bunkbed with a twin size trundle.

There is parking at Ocean Ritz & there is also extra parking across the street for your convenience. You will be located right in the middle of Panama City Beach with easy access to restaurants and Walmart. So whether you want to walk down to the beach, or take in the Gulf front pool, La Dolce Vita has everything you will need!

This spacious condo is located right on the beach with wonderful views from the balcony. The 4 large bedrooms each accommodate guest with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have balcony access which allows for beautiful morning views. <br/>However, the cleaning services are in need of improvement. When we arrived we noticed the unit was slightly dated which was not an issue. I&#x2019;m sure tears of guests have caused the minor damages throughout. The place was not as clean as we had hoped. My daughter&#x2019;s feet were black day 1 from walking through the unit. We went and bought a swifter. There was black dirt of some sort on the bathroom sinks that we had to wipe off. And lastly, the bedding was stained with a large yellow mark so we had to remove that. <br/> I&#x2019;m not sure if we would stay again unless we had a large party. I would implore the owners/ rental company to check out the cleanliness of the unit after it&#x2019;s been cleaned.

This condo was a perfect size for two families. It was spacious and clean with a huge balcony and gorgeous panoramic views of the coast. The owner/rental company were very accommodating and responsive to any questions. The unit had multiple boogie boards and skim boards that we could use. It was walkable to many fun restaurants (Pineapple Willy&#039;s, Rock It Lanes, Firefly) and surf shops. I was worried about the elevator situation (one working and one under construction), but for a higher floor, we didn&#039;t wait more than 5 minutes and it was FAST. Once the second elevator is completed, this will be a non issue. The whole building was quiet despite it being spring break. We always found a seat at the pool and in the hot tub, no matter the time of the day. The 4 seats and umbrella that were reserved for us on the beach everyday were a huge perk. It not only saved us a lot of money ($80/day), but we could come and go from the beach as we pleased and not loose our seats. Also, parking was tight, but again a non issue. We will absolutely stay here again. It is a very affordable, fun, lively, but relaxing vacation spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Very spacious and clean. It is decorated so as to feel you are at home. The location is perfect - many restaurants and activities east and west of the condo. The star of this property is the balcony! It is massive with numberous sitting areas and choices of furniture - sunning, eating, playing games or just watching sunsets. Elevators were in the middle of being repaired so only one was available, however, during January & February it wasn't an issue. Pool area is nice with a hot tub and decent size pool. Nice grill area down there, too. The only disapointment was the workout room. The recumbant bikes couldn't be adjusted and were super old and rusty. Treadmill wasn't much better. There was also a sauna in that room which looked nice, but didn't try it. Parking for this unit is challenging, you just need to be careful.

Pictures from the website do not do justice to the memorable view of the coastline and ocean view you will have when staying. I walked into a spacious open floor plan with decor to keep you in the beach vacation mood you were wishing for. The bedrooms were spacious with each having it&#039;s own bathroom for privacy. The sunset view was spectacular to the point the ocean appeared purple with just the right weather.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous!! The balcony is unbelievable!!! It’s beyond spacious with five different seating sections for every view imaginable. You stare right out into the gulf and the sunsets are immaculate. There are so many amenities from the pool, private beach access and hot tub. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom which is great for privacy and comfort. Our host took great care of us and all our needs. You will not be disappointed staying here. If you want plenty of space, an open floor plan and view of the ocean, this is the place you should be booking!!

The rental process went smoothly. We love the complex, except for our parking space. The kitchen needs to be restocked with pots, pans, etc. However, we love the space!

This unit was just as it was described. It was very spacious for our group of 9. Clean & a Great location. The balcony was amazing. Large enough for everyone! The view was great also! The only complaint we have would be the parking. It was hassle, but we made it work.

The resort is in a very good location very close to many attractions. <br/>this unit is in the 19th floor, that gives you a wonderful view to the ocean but you'll have to be patient waiting for the elevator. at least twice we had to stand the bad odor from the lack of cleaning in the elevators.<br/>The unit's lay out is great, very spacious except for the location of the laundry between the two small bedrooms. laundry machine is very noisy. just don't plan on doing laundry while going to sleep.<br/>The cleaning was done very superficially and in a rush. my wife and girls had to sweep, mop the floors and clean tables before we could feel comfortable. there was sand on the floor, dirty dishes, hairs in the bathroom even before we took our first shower and the jets in the jacuzzi had black gunk builded up. not enticing to used it. at least in the main bathroom the doors are about 9 ft, the towel hooks are about 1 ft from the top. owners must be very tall but need to remember other different high people well be using the unit<br/>our main bedroom door wouldn't lock until I realized by the third night that I could lift the door and make it lock. frame was misaligned.<br/>The main inconvenience is the parking. The building has 58 to 60 condos while the parking lot at the bottom of the building can only hold between 15 to 20 vehicles only. parking spaces are assigned and the one spot for this unit is in a very tight corner with a structural support beam on the way. <br/>I drove my full size suburban and I couldn't use my assigned spot. I saw two other suburban suv parked in other spots but my spot was useless. when you couldn't use your assigned spot or have a second vehicle you'll be asked to go across the street to a patch of about 15 parking spots. this are first come first serve. I was lucky to get 3 nights out of seven. if there's not a free space there then you'll go to the next parking place, a city parking spot for 6 dollars a night. not fun on arrival, grocery or

<br/>Hi! We just returned home from our stay at Ocean Ritz 1901. It is a beautiful condo and everything was nice and clean on arrival. We had a wonderful time with our family and would definitely consider staying again. The huge patio was a real treat, especially for my mom to enjoy watching us from above as she couldn&#x2019;t make it down to the water. We did however have a few issues. We contacted property management by email and phone on two separate occasions to let them know that our air conditioning was not blowing cool air. It was cool the first day, but by the afternoon of day two there was an obvious difference. There were no door alerts and the unit was not set below 70. The air was blowing but it was not cool. It was warm/hot and humid all day and night. The fan in one bedroom didn&#x2019;t work either. It was quite miserable sleeping at night in the hot room with no air movement. I understand it&#x2019;s a busy time of year but we called several times and was told someone would come, but nobody ever fixed the issue. We also couldn&#x2019;t get the TV in the living room or Front king room to ever connect. Parking our SUV was impossible in our assigned space without risking damage to it, so we ended up just purchasing a space across the street. The tv and parking were inconvenient, but no biggie...the a/c was disappointing though. I would hope for the cost families pay to stay, maintenance on the A/C in August would be a top priority. All that to say, in the end we truly did have a wonderful stay with our family and the condo was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. I hope you read this as a positive review, just the one major hiccup with the A/C we would hope to avoid next time. Many blessings!

Overall the condo was very inviting. We loved the balcony and spend quite a bit of time enjoying the views from the 19th floor. The beds were comfy and condo appeared clean and tidy. The kitchen provided us with most of what we needed to cook our meals.

Property was clean with an excellent ocean front balcony, and with plenty to do. However, the beach was very crowded and the elevators at the property are terrible. Overall a good place to rent after you get everything unloaded from your vehicle and through the elevator line.

Unit 1901 at Ocean Ritz is by far the best place we have stayed in Panama City Beach. Each bed and mattress were extremely comfortable. The furniture was great and decorations throughout the unit are beach themed. We spent two months and felt at home and comfortable the entire stay. John purchased the unit a few weeks before our stay began, and stopped by to introduce himself. He also saw a need for more cupboard space and immediately purchased a beautiful storage cabinet to add more storage for the kitchen. He continuously checked to make sure our needs were taken care of. A very much liked person with a perfect personality. The best part is the deck and it&#039;s furniture. I will assure you it is one of the best decks and furniture on the beach. When we visit PCB, this will be our unit we prefer if available.
