***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.***

Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.

This 7th floor unit is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, access to the balcony, double doors and has its own private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate tub. The master bath also comes with dual vanities.

The second bedroom has a king size bed.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed.

The living room has a pull out queen size couch.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook your favorite recipe or just heat up some mac and cheese for the kids. For the 2023 season there is a brand new fridge, dishwasher and range!

This unit comes with full size washer and dryer in unit.

*The pool will not be heated in the off season*

We vacation a lot in the Florida Panhandle because the beaches are awesome. This was our second year at the Marisol and our first time in 0703. We spend almost three weeks in 0703 and enjoyed our stay.<br/><br/>We like that there are only maybe fifty units on this property and that most are owner occupied. The units are good size as are the balconies. I especially like that the pool is shaded. The water is cold throughout the summer and very refreshing after spending the day on the beach or outdoor in general.

This condo could use a new washer and dryer. the couches could be updated also, I used sheets to cover up the stains.<br/><br/>The location is wonderful, great walkability and no waiting around for the elevators.

The condo was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. We felt very safe in the condo. Our only struggle was the parking for the second vehicle - which everyone doesn't have, but we got figured out the second day. Condo was perfect for our group of 7, everyone had their one space when needed.

the rental was clean and neat. we had enough space. We did have a problem with master tv and living room tv not working at all and i also didnt know that the rental didnt provide extra paper products. i would rent from this location again.

The kitchen was well stocked. Condo was as described and very clean. It was great having an assigned parking spot. Beach service gave us chairs for the entire week directly in front of the Marisol beach access. Our stay really couldn't have been any better, unless we stayed for longer.

The space in this condo was wonderful. The view, the porch, the new floors the cleanliness everything was A-OK. It was nice to have the chairs and umbrella on the beach! Fully equipped kitchen with ice maker was also great. The only thing I would change is the 9 digit door code. My parents could not remember the code and heck I had a hard time. Maybe if it at least rhymed. My parents had a hard time w all the remotes to the TVs and no batteries in a remote didn&#x2019;t help. Also the code to the internet could be changed to something easier as well. However its a great place. Fix a few codes and supply batteries I&#x2019;d give it a 100%

The condo was beautifully appointed and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It was very comfortable in all aspects and perfect for the needs of our family. The property was in a great location and access to the beach was easy and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
