21st Floor condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico!

This large condo comfortably sleeps 8 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv.

The 3rd bedroom has a twin over twin bunkbed.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen TV's.

Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach:

When you stay at the Majestic, you can truly STAY at the Majestic, there is no need to leave the resort.
Or you can easily walk to some of the best beachfront restaurants and bars and the many specialty shops and restaurants at Edgewater Mall.

This unit is professionally and locally managed. Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs.
Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) the number of parking passes will permitted per condo will be limited to 1 to 2 depending on the week***

We stayed with our extended family of 8. The condo was clean for the most part. The beds (minus the hide-a-bed) were comfortable. The biggest issue we had was the dishwasher didn’t work. We did message the company but nothing was done. This definitely wasn’t a huge deal in the grand scheme of things and it had a very minor impact on our time spent there. The location was great. The elevators worked well and we had no issues with getting one after waiting for a couple of minutes. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future. Thanks!

This condo had amazing views we loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. The condo had everything we needed in it. It was a nice place to stay and I would stay here again. The people we rented it from was very nice when I called to talk to them. They were very helpful. Most days we were there they had red flags and double red flags we only got to go to the ocean 1 day but we had a great time anyways. We went and swam with the dolphins at Gulf World that was amazing. We rented a golf cart and cruised around on it 1 day. We went on the skywheel. We went to the upside down house and the kids had a great time and 1 day we went and played glow in the dark mini golf. This condo was a nice relaxing place to end our day.

We had a great stay in this condo. The views were amazing and we had plenty of space for 8 people (4 adults, 16yo, 15yo, 14yo, and 10yo). The kitchen had all the essentials. The elevators were not slow at all (something we&#x2019;ve dealt with in other condos). The pools and hot tubs were nice and we never had issues getting seating by the pool. The condo also had a closet in the bathroom with beach toys, boards, and chairs, which was an added bonus!

The entire process was very well done, and very professional. VRBO has never let me down. ECDI was great in how they handled everything. Check-in was just a matter of arriving and walking into the unit. The unit was as advertised. Would I return, absolutely yes.

My 7 friends and I had a wonderful stay during spring break. The rental was clean and spacious, and the amenities of the building were great, too. Check in and check out were easy and smooth processes. The view was beautiful from the 21st floor, and the beach access was a luxury! Direct access to the beach was convenient, and the beach wasn't overcrowded or loud (we never had to walk far to find a place to set up for a beach day). Location in PCB is great, being within walking distance to restaurants, Alvin's Island, etc. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in the Majestic and would definitely stay again when in PCB!

This was my first time in this condo high rise. Absolutely breath taking views. The condo was clean and beautiful laid out. We had one problem with the refrigerator, but the management company did an excellent job having it fix quickly! Highly recommend!
