It was just as described. We had excellent communication with owners and our small problem at checkin was fixed promptly. We had kids aged 6-18 and there was plenty of space for everyone. Location and amenities are worth the cost alone!

The Location is perfect for a Florida Panhandle Vacation.<br/>The Resort is first class facility.<br/>Stayed late January thru mid March.<br/>Coming from Chicago the weather was very nice for golf and beach walks. <br/>Balcony views are amazing. <br/>I have rented many PCB condos and this unit has a very good 3BD layout.<br/>Views are amazing.<br/>The interior condition is tired and banged up which is a shame for such a valuable property when some, spackle, paint and cabinet repairs for minor costs could make the condo perfect. <br/>I would rate the location a 10 and condo condition a 6. <br/>I would rent again if the minors repairs were taken.<br/><br/>

This is my second time stying in this room. It was clean and comfortable. My family felt safe and slept so well. Perfect view of the ocean and beach. Plenty of pools to enjoy. I will definitely stay again.
