This large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

* 2 Master suites – Each with a king size bed and on-suite bathroom.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and a large flat screen tv.

The 4th bedroom has a Twin size bunk bed.

This Unit is on the 10th floor (not too high like many units but still with a great view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs should you choose to eat in.

The full size washer and dryer are new high end front load units.

This unit is professionally and locally managed. Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs.
Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***

This unit was very nice and clean. Everything was great. The only issue was the fitted sheets in one king bedroom and one of the queen beds were to small and kept folding up. However, we requested new sheets and received them the same day.

We were very satisfied with our visit. The condo was clean, it was a great size condo, and location was great! We love staying right on the beach, and there was lots of room at all the pools. We loved eating dinner at great big table. Location is great! I would stay here again. Thank you for a great vacation.

The condo was very clean upon arrival i was able to get a early check in which was awesome!the convince of the on site starbucks/store was awesome!the only thing I didnt like was the wait time for elevators and the walk to the car in parking garage. Overall the trip was very pleasant the view was great from balcony as well!

This condo was beautiful, lots of room for our family. We arrived on holiday weekend so elevators were a bit of a challenge, but once the holiday was over and people cleared out the rest of the week was perfect. No waiting on elevators, pools weren’t crowded. Everyone was so nice working with, and they let us check in early which worked out perfect. This condo has great views, sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins in the morning was just perfect! Would definitely go back here and recommend!

We had a great time and the condo was very nice! The only complaint would be that when they shut the pools down during rain and lightening they keep them closed for hours after the storm has passed. I can understand shutting them down until the lightening has left but they will keep it closed for 2 hours or more after the storm leaves.
