7th Floor condo in tower 2 with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico!

This large condo comfortably sleeps 8 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom.

The oceanfront master bathroom offers a jacuzzi tub as well as a shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv.

The 3rd bedroom has a twin bunkbed.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach:

When you stay at the Majestic, you can truly STAY at the Majestic, there is no need to leave the resort.
Or you can easily walk to some of the best beachfront restaurants and bars and the many specialty shops and restaurants at Edgewater Mall.

This unit is professionally and locally managed. Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs.
Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) the number of parking passes will permitted per condo will be limited to 1 to 2 depending on the week***

We had a really great time our rooms were excellent and very clean. We really enjoyed the ease of checkinig in and checking out. The amenities were great and our little 2 year old enjoyed the indooor heated pool.

The unit was nice and pretty clean upon arrival the king bed hadnt been made yet but when I alerted management, it was handled promptly.The view was great from the room. I loved the hot tub in the master bath room.Things that could have been better are that the plumbing in the kitchen did make noise and also when running the shower.

We absolutely loved the property. Room was more than enough room for my family. Very clean and beautiful. Perfect view. Easy access to enjoy amenities. Kitchen was fully prepared all i had to do was get groceries. Plenty of extra pillows. Beds were very comfortable, even the bunk beds were comfy. Parking was also accessible, there was plenty of room and easy elevator access to main floor. We were able to unload at entrance then park vehicle, luggage carts are available right at the main entrance. We were very close to all of the local attractions. I suggest going to the pier you can see on the bech to the left of the property, we seen a huge turtle, dolphins, sting rays, and my 10 year old caught fish all day long. Most beautiful placce to visit. We will definately be back! Thank you so much for the great memories i made with my family!

Overall our stay was good. The condo was relatively clean and had everything we need. The view was great. Multiple pools. Coffee shop. One negative was there was a lot of smoking on the property even though it’s supposed to be non smoking. I would be outside on our balcony and could smell people smoking cigarettes or other things and I would have to go back inside because it wasn’t enjoyable. Also, there were times people were trying to smoke by the pool. This was a little disappointing especially since we have a young child.

Great condo, large balcony and rooms. The management company was very responsive to any questions we had. We had an issue with the fridge not cooling. We called their number and within a few hours maintenance was there and the fridge was working perfectly. Would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was very neat and clean. Wonderful location on the beach and close to restaurants. It is unfortunate that they charge a separate fee for parking garage use.

Had an amazing time, the weather was perfect no rain the whole week!!! The condo was very nice, had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen and bed rooms... The only complaint I would say is there was some mold In hallway bathroom on ceiling and baseboard but that has to be pretty common being so close to the water.... The room was very clean and nice would definitely stay again and highly recommend !!!

We had an awesome vacation in this condo! My family couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The owner responded promptly to any questions and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived to stay at Edge Water room 813. As soon as we entered the room it was like going back in time. Old nasty and although advertised as newly remodeled it was not!!!! I contacted Rebecca with the booking company and sent pics. She had us moved and at the Majestic in room 705 with in 30 min. I was immediately relived as soon as we walked into this condo. Very well cared for and clean and modern. I appreciated them listening to me and understanding how I felt paying what I paid and walking into that horrific condo and making things right so quickly. These are private owned and I understand that you can monitor them all. I highly recommend this room at Majestic!!!! Thanks again Rebecca!!!

Our family of 5 stayed here February 2022. The condo is nicely decorated yet what I would consider durable. The furniture is not brand new and the dining chairs show wear and tear. This was perfect considering we have 3 children ages 2-6. The kitchen was decently furnished, we brought our own air fryer for cooking. Next time I would bring my 9x13 baking dish. We picked this condo based on the balcony and it did not disappoint! The furniture is as pictured a and we loved it! We watched dolphins a few times, the kids played puzzles and ate meals at the table. I lounged and read a book. It&#x2019;s was perfect! The unit is directly next to the elevator and across from the trash shoot which was very convenient. The resort as a whole was well maintained. We grabbed Starbucks once downstairs, enjoyed the indoor pools several times. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and we had a ton of fun! Walmart is conveniently right down the street. Wonder Works was a big hit and close enough to see from the walkover between the garage and tower. We had fun at Pier Park a couple of times! Paula Dean&#x2019;s was delicious! We had a blast at The Milkshake Yard! The Ferris Wheel and mini ropes course made for fun memories! Overall, we were impressed with Majestic Towers as a whole this time of year. The unit itself will most likely need some updating in the future but we found it perfect for our family and for our stay. We arrived and left with big smiles and can&#x2019;t wait to return!<br/>

The condo was very nice and was plenty big enough. View was beautiful and I loved the chairs on the balcony. When looking at pictures, I was unsure of second bathroom, if it was in second room or hallway. Was very pleased that it had doors to room and hallway. This was very nice and convenient for all. <br/>My only complaint would be housekeeping (and these were minor as I know they are extremely busy with all the condos). There was no dustpan and the two decent size cooking pans had scorched grease extremely thick caked in the pans and put back in counter. We actually went and bought nice new pan and dust pan and left there. Last, the fan in bedroom needed taken apart and cleaned. It was full of so much dust, it would not work properly. Easy fix, husband took apart cleaned and it worked like a charm. Having the fan was great!<br/>The management company was great! We notified them about a minor issue and a parking question and they responded quickly and were very friendly and easy to talk to.
