Description

Our vacation rental sleeps 8, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a king and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Living room has a sleeper sofa, cable TV with DVD player. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

The check in was easy, small issue with there being no parking passes in the room but we were able to get some the next afternoon. Condo was clean and rooms were nice but the electrical needs updating. The top two outlets in the main bedroom don't work, so you have to unplug the lamp and plug in the nightstands that have two outlets on them to be able to plug a charger or anything else in by the bed. Not something super big but should be looked at. The living room outlet is under one of the couches with a surge protector. The air in the 2nd bedroom doesn't work as well as the living room and master bedroom. Also the cable is the living evidently has been disconnected because it says you don't have access to this channel call provider on every channel. The condo did have someone's Netflix and Prime video though. Would definitely stay again and recommend the condo it just needs some updates.

My family had a great time at Long Beach Resort. The weather was great, and the accommodations were just what we needed. The location was a plus as everything we needed was close by. The only criticism I have is the gate lock coming back into the resort from the beach was very intermittent. This was a bit frustrating. However, that was just a minor inconvenience.

Easy self check in and out.<br/>Only had two small draw backs sliding patio door is almost unusable.<br/>And toilet in second bath will not stop running.<br/>Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances.<br/>Great view and quiet location.

We always enjoy this condo's floor plan, the resort, location, and view of the Gulf. ECDI and Long Beach front office were both prompt with anything we needed. The only thing I'd recommend would be some more comfortable living room furniture. Thank you! &#xD83D;&#xDE0A;

We have stayed at LBR many times. We always love it here. The views are great, pools and hot tubs too. This condo was nicely decorated with plenty of seating, drawers, comfortable beds and even a large umbrella, chairs and plenty of sand toys. With a bit of TLC it would be perfect. The blinds in the double bedroom are broken and you have to rig a curtain for privacy and to block the light. There was some mold in the shower. One of the recliners is broken as well as the microwave handle. Could use a few more dishes and utensils. The kitchen table was wobbly. Overall, it&#x2019;s a very nice place and we really enjoyed our vacation here!

Sliding glass door from the main room to the balcony needs to be fixed, but that is the only issue I had with this place and not enough of an issue that I would not rebook or recommend. Condo is gorgeous in all other ways. Great views, Perfect set up for family or friends group. Kitchen well stocked, beach gear, great location. Property management friendly and responsive.

beautiful spacious and clean up to date condo. the best i have ever stayed in. I have seen reviews of saying its dirty but not this time, spotless. beds were very comfortable, layout of condo was so spacious we had plenty of room. The master bath shower was so fantasic we had everyone try it. we all now want one for our homes. plenty of kitchen gadgets to cook with and what better way to eat than ocean front on the gorgous balcony. the pools were clean, and the hot tub hot. already planning on getting this one for next year. only bad part is going home.

This place is a wonderful place to stay! It seemed that it could of been swept up a little more, but thats okay, there was a vacuum so i did that. The view was AMAZING.i loved how it had beach toys for my kiddos to use already. The beds seems a bit broken down. I did have to put all the knickknacks around the unit away so my children wouldnt break them. All in all i would stay at this place again!

We had a great stay over spring break. It was great to be able to go to the pools if we were not at the beach! Remember to bring: toliet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap and laundry soap as there was not enough of these for the week. Also soap and beach towels. One front room chair does not close all the way and some patio furniture could use updating.Easy access to elevator and beach, and plenty of room to park car in parking lot- security gate to get in. Shops and places to eat in walking distance. Very nice to have aur fryer, crockpot and everything needed to cook for the week including some containers for leftovers!

Overall, this is a great place to stay. The condo is decorated nicely. The reclining chairs are nice. The only downside, was it could have been cleaned a little better. One of the toilets had not been cleaned at all. The bathtub was dirty. Didn&#x2019;t look like things had been dusted and there was sand on the floor. But my family and I would stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The condo is in great shape and has a well stocked kitchen (Keurig, regular coffee maker, air fryer, blender, toaster, and Crockpot). My girlfriends and I definitely loved the balcony and spent most of our time out there enjoying the view. I absolutely loved the rain shower in the master bedroom. The other bathroom with the large tub needs some fresh paint in spots and the wet area has a few spots that either need new grout Orr a deep clean of the grout. This unit is very close to the Tower 4 beach access and one of the heated pools. It&#x2019;s also very close to the trash chute. You&#x2019;re right across the street from a Walmart Supercenter which makes quick grocery trips easy and convenient. Resort staff are very friendly and keep the facilities sparkling clean. We did have to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher & washing machine pods as they don&#x2019;t start you with very much. I was expecting that per final check-in instructions so wasn&#x2019;t surprised. We had a minor issue with the sliding glass door to the balcony not fully closing and ECDI staff sent maintenance down on a Sunday to fix it. ECDI staff was very friendly and helpful (I mostly dealt with Sarah). I would absolutely rent this unit again. We had a great time here.

Our condo was beautiful and had the best spot on the beach. The rooms were large and had plenty of closet space. The beds were so big and comfortable. We walked to a few shops and ate at the Best Pizza on the Beach. Not far from the condo was our favorite places that we found, Diego&#x2019;s and Wicked Wheel. The kids went to a bowling place and mini golf that was located a few miles from the condo. Pineapple Willy&#x2019;s was also just a short walk and so worth it! We had a fabulous time. The manager answered all of my questions quickly and mad me feel at ease with our choice. I would love to come back soon!!!

The room was very nice. It was clean and convenient to so many places. The walk to your room from the beach is a short walk. No worries If you have to go back to your room. I loved the recliners so much we are buying two from home. <br/>I took work with me and forgot some of it there. I was in a panic I contacted Emerald Coast Destinations. They contacted someone and arranged for them to be expressed to me. Lifesavers! <br/>We will rent directly from this company based on the care they gave us while we were there and after leaving.
