This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath 2nd floor Long Beach condominium features a spacious amount of living space with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and all 3 bedrooms. The lockout third bedroom has a luxurious wet bar and mini fridge for your vacation enjoyment. All 3 bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach!

Our vacation rental sleeps 10 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the lockout third bedroom. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have cable TV's.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and parasail activities.

Very easy check in and parking. The property had some maintenance issues, but they were quickly resolved. The resort had several maintenance projects during our stay. Our tower had the parking lot shut down for a week for resurfacing. There was only one elevator because they were replacing them. It wasn’t a big problem because occupancy was seasonally low. You might want to see if they are planning any more projects before you book. Other than that the overall stay exceeded our expectations.

The property was as described by the rental agency. I read reviews prior to our stay and had concerns due to the less-than-optimal reviews about cleanliness. Those concerns were completely unwarranted as the property was very clean upon our arrival. The unit layout was perfect for our family of 9. Kitchen layout allowed for good flow of traffic when eating in and all appliances were in good working order along with the AC unit. The second-floor location was perfect due to the stairs being right outside our door which made access to the parking lot and smaller pool very convenient. The grounds of the property are well maintained and clean. The property manager communicated well with me via email and made all info we may need for our stay available to us prior to our arrival including door codes, wi-fi password, rules for property and parking, etc. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

Great experience! The Condo was perfect for our group of six. Well stocked and very comfortable. Could have been a little cleaner, but overall....awesome! We’ll be back!
