This gorgeous 12th Floor 3 BR 3 BA 2450 sq ft luxury unit with 10 foot ceilings is located at the Hidden Dunes Beach Resort Complex which is directly ocean front on the Gulf of Mexico. The views from this 12th floor condo are amazing. There is a new private grill on the balcony just outside the master bedroom sliding glass door. Master Suite has a KING Bed & En-suite Bath, 2nd Master BR 2 QUEEN Beds & private bath, 3rd BR 2 QUEEN SIZE Beds adjoining bath. The living room has a pull out QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER.

We rent to families with no cash security deposit required so you can spend that money on vacation. Under 25 a $500 Security Deposit is required and will be refunded with-in 21 business days of departure date if there are no problems. State, County, and City taxes are included in the rates.

The resort charges a one time $50 registration fee at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands,

Jetski rentals and Parasailing available on site.

- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

We were very pleased with the condo..we have stayed at Hidden Dunes many times and it's always great..checking in was easy and the condo was clean..looking forward to our next trip..the only complaint is I emailed the company the first day to te them the TV in one bedroom would not work, they were supposed to have maintenance fix it but noone ever came so the bedroom had no TV all week

I love this unit and stayed here in Sept 2022. This trip was nice, well equipped unit. I love the complex. I will be back for Labor Day week 2023 as well. Many great restaurants close by. I highly recommend I will say they need to clean the area rugs in this unit more often. Both visits the area carpets need attention and a good cleaning.

Hidden Dunes 1204 is the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in. It’s very spacious with open floor plan and decorated beautifully. My only complaint is that it wasn’t cleaned. There was sand all over the floors, dirty sheets and towels, not washed and half wet, still in the washing machine. Guest bedroom had little pieces of trash under the sheet. It wasn’t terribly dirty but someone obviously forgot to clean this unit. But overall, we really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay again.

This condo is located right on the beach. Wonderful views! It is very spacious and accommodated 7 people easily. Was very clean and beautifully furnished. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked , cable TV in every bedroom and main living, lots of hot water. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Patio grill is electric. An awesome place to stay. Recommend and would rent again. The property offers carts for loading and unloading. The elevators were air conditioned and were really fast. Even though it was a busy holiday weekend, we never waited more than a minute or 2. Pool look wonderful, but we didn’t use it. Rental company communicated well. I needed to purchase an extra parking pass, they brought it same day. They were available by text 24 hours a day IF needed. This property would be good for someone with disabilities. Large space. Large elevators. Close to beach. Chair rental right at beach entrance. Bathrooms in lobby for daily use.
