Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

This beautiful Hidden Dunes Beach Resort condo is extra large and directly on the ocean with amazing views. From the moment you enter the condo you will feel the luxury as you look through the entry columns to the open floor plan and out the full wall of windows directly to the breathtaking Gulf waters beyond! After the entry you come to the dining area. A large table that seats 8 is waiting for unforgettable meals with your family. There is also an additional dining area that includes 4 chairs and 3 bar stools. All of this surround a well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a new induction stove with air fryer oven. The living area has two sofas and a chair and a half. Plenty of seating for sharing memories after a full day out and about. (Furniture bought new in 2022). This property at Hidden Dunes is located right off the elevator in a covered alcove that keeps you out of the weather. It is a 3-bedroom spacious condo with 10-foot ceilings and 2450 square feet. The Master suite is large and luxurious and the ensuite has double sink vanity, large shower, jetted tub, and a water closet room. The second bedroom has an ensuite bath and king bed. Bedroom three has an ensuite bath and two Queen Beds. All bedrooms have a flat screen tv and the living area and master bedroom have smart tv's. There are 2 twin rollaway beds for extra sleeping. This condo can comfortably sleep 10.

This unit has a large balcony with comfortable padded wicker seating. From the 7th floor you have ideal views of the beach and the horizon. If the pool is your thing, you are only a few steps away from a relaxing swim. There is also a large gazebo if you or your family needs a break from the sun. If sun and sand are what you crave you are a few steps from basking on the beautiful white sand. In the evenings you can enjoy sunsets from your private balcony, or take a romantic walk on the beach! You'll wish your vacation doesn't have to ever end.

Hidden Dunes is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, fabulous water and amusement parks, Zoo World, Wonderworks, miniature golf, and gift shops. Near by you will find Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant where you can buy fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and book a Shell Island and dolphin excursion. Major grocery and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive. St. Andrews State Park is very close by. This condo is centrally located between Pier Park and the 23rd Street/Historic St/ Andrews area. Pier Park is a one of a kind retail, dining, and entertainment attraction with island inspired architecture.

This condo is not available to adults 25 and under unless with family. No exceptions.

NEW CONTACTLESS CHECK IN: Guests DO NOT register at the Front Desk Upon arrival and pay the Resort's registration fee. Instead a $75 registration fee PER CONDO must be paid to us before arrival for 2 Parking Passes & Pool ID bands that will be in the condo upon arrival Children under 16 do not need ID bands. (Reservations Made after 05/01/21 include this fee in the total shown when you click on view details.)

Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean! Beds were comfortable and we were close to restaurants etc..<br/>A few pointers....<br/>1. Towels and sheets could be updated. More towels for bathrooms.<br/>2. No cleaning products and not much &#x201C; to start off&#x201D;.<br/>3. Areas were not cleaned well. Inside kitchen drawers etc. areas of bathroom. We ended up cleaning <br/><br/>Company was very good about returning phone calls etc.. communication was great!

We had a great stay! The condo is about a 30 minute drive from the airport and was easy to find. It was perfect for three adults - each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo building was quiet and the grounds were well kept. November was a great time of year to visit - warm weather and beaches aren&#x2019;t crowded.

We had a very enjoyable family vacation in unit 703 at Hidden Dunes. This is our second time booking with Emerald Coast Destinations and we have been extremely pleased both times in different units! We love Hidden Dunes resort and will be back. Everything was lovely and communication was excellent! This is a beautiful and well-appointed unit. We found everything we needed to make this an enjoyable and comfortable vacation. We loved it. :)

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and clean. 3 large bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Huge balcony. Everything to cook and clean with was there. Stated beach chairs were included but they were not so we had to pay $50/day for them and even after calling every day, ECDI did not refund us like they offered to nor call us back like promised.

Our stay at Hidden Dunes 703 was nothing short of wonderful! The condo was just the right size for our party of 8. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out but still be together. There is not a whole lot that I would change but the minor details would be that I would add a small dresser in the bedroom with the 2 queen sized beds and more mixing bowls for the kitchen, other than that, it was perfect. Nice and simply decorated for families. Working with ECDI was easy and without any issues to note. I would love to stay here again in the future.

We loved the Hidden Dunes. Very quiet complex on the east end of Panama City Beach. Great for our whole family. We would love to stay here again.

The condo was so beautiful. The location was perfect not a lot of people at this end of the beach. Nice quiet and peaceful. The only problem we had was getting the property manager to call back when we had a question before we left home for our vacation I. Panama City Beach.
