RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.

Overall the condo is very nice. It could use some paint in a few areas. Could really use a deep clean but it’s not too bad. And please could someone mount the dishwasher and clean the ceiling vent in the master bathroom above the toilet. It’s very well stocked and in a great location. Too bad there isn’t any designated parking for this condo under the building but it’s not bad. Had a great time.

We had a great stay! The rental was exactly as described&#x2014;beautiful views, very quiet, and had a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The only issue we encountered was with the beach setup that was supposed to be included. For the first two days, our room number wasn&#x2019;t on the list, so we couldn&#x2019;t use it. I reached out to the host, and by the third day, everything was sorted. We were able to enjoy the beach setup for the remaining four days, and it really made a big difference.<br/><br/>Tip: If you're booking a place that includes beach setup, be sure to confirm with the host ahead of time. We met several other couples who ran into the same issue, and without it, the setup costs around $40 per day.<br/><br/>Overall, the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. It was a lovely, relaxing stay, and we&#x2019;d definitely consider coming back!
