We loved staying at this condo with our 3 children. Right by the elevators for easy access. Everything was clean. There is different living room furniture than what is pictured, it&#x2019;s actually nicer looking furniture. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Easy walkout access to the beach. Walking distance to quite a few restaurants and stores. <br/><br/>The only problem was the balcony door lock does not work, which wouldn&#x2019;t be a big deal but our children are 2,4, and 5 so it was kind of worrisome.

We had a wonderful vacation. It's our third year renting from ECDI and I'm very satisfied with that company. We stayed in unit 1527 Emerald Beach by Wyndham hotel. We come to Panama City beach for 15 years already and this is my favorite hotel from all of them. Elevators work amazing, always fast and efficient. Both pools: in front of hotel and by the garage are great, have drink bar and snow cones for kids. My children loved getting Starbucks every morning, have multiple entertainment options for families. Hotel just next to FunLand arcade with great inexpensive food, ice cream and bunch of games for kids. Multiple ice cream and donuts options in walking distance. Room itself very specious, everything you need for vacation is there. Washer/dryer works excellent. View of the ocean breathtaking. Room also comes with 2 beach chairs and umbrella. You need to go to the beach earlier in the morning and rental booth give you one to use for whole week, just tell room number and your name. Definitely recommend and going to rent it again next year

Overall I'd give the condo a 8 out 10 , it was roomy , price point was in budget,very close to the beach,A/C didn't cool very well,main door was hard to push open & the door didn't seem to lock back at times.

The overall property was in a great location and had a nice view. It is lacking glasses in the kitchen and is in need of new shower curtains. These small issues would not stop me from renting it again. It is a nice complex. We enjoyed our girlfriend get away.
