With 3 bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out, this room comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Located at the Calypso Towers which is located on the west end of the beach adjacent to Panama City Beach Fishing Pier and the Pier Park shopping & entertainment center, with a 24 Cinema movie complex, small specialty shops such as Ron Jon Surf Shop, Borders Book Store and large department stores such as Target, JC Penny, Dillards, Old Navy and Wal-Mart. Pier Park’s entertainment and restaurants options include Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dave & Buster's, The Back Porch Seafood House, among many other shops and restaurants. It is only a few miles to outlet shopping in Destin and Seaside and scenic 30A.

Note: Calypso HOA charges a $60 per vehicle parking pass fee for up to 2 vehicles obtained online in advance. You will be sent a link to register your vehicles. Parking is as convenient as it gets in a large secure gated and lighted parking garage across the street

PAYMENT TERMS FOR RESERVATION REQUESTS

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.

Great location, clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay! Very safe environment as well. Everyone watched out for each other and it had a very “homey” vibe!

This condo was beautiful and clean This was not the condo we had originally booked but was a very pleasant surprise for us. Special "Thank you" to the owners for accommodating us. The owners are currently updating the appliances as well. The views are spectacular and it is in perfect location to Pier Park for shopping and restaurants.

The condo was spacious and well decorated. The view from the balcony was amazing. We really enjoyed the pools as well. The property management were professional. I had a problem getting the emails for the parking passes. The first person I talked to was very helpful and sent the emails to my friend. We received them but the problem was we had two emails with the same pass. Both cars could not enter or exit at the same time. I still needed the email for the second pass I bought. I called again and was told to see HOA in the building. I went there but there was a sign on the door that said gone to another property. I gave up and we only took one car until we left and then had someone let us out. Also we didn’t have wristbands in the room. The store in the complex let us borrow 4

Everything about this condo was top notch! It was recently renovated and they did an excellent job with their decor. All expected amenities were present. The location was extremely convenient to several restaurants and Pier Park, which meant we didn’t have to use our car if we didn’t want to. Of course, the beach was beautiful, but it was also large enough to spread out and feel uncrowded. I would highly recommend this rental for future guests! You will not be disappointed!
