This is a penthouse sunset facing 4 bedroom luxury condo at the highly sought after Boardwalk Beach Resort. it was just remodeled and professionally decorated in the winter of 2022.

The master bedroom on the water has a king size bed and cable TV plus a great view of the ocean and access to the ocean front balcony. THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A PRIVATE BATHROOM WITH A JACUZZI TUB.

The 2nd bedroom has a KING size bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.

The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.

The living room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, with access to the oversize private balcony and a queen pull out couch.

The 4th bedroom or the lockout suite sleeps 4 and has a king size bed and a day/night chest which folds out to a queen size bed. 55 inch flat screen cable TV, an ocean view and its own private balcony over looking the ocean. The lockout has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. It also has a kitchenette.

With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile throughout, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and garden tubs and showers this condo has it all! From this 22nd floor balconies, you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sand beach.

This is a wonderful place to stay in PCB! The condo has plenty of room and the location is perfect! The pool and hot tub area is great as well as access to the beautiful beach! We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience at our condo at the Boardwalk Beach Resort. The condo was clean and all of the appliances performed as they should. We had 12 guests and there was enough room for all of us. The patios have a great view of the gulf and pool. The pool area was clean with clean bathrooms and a nice lobby. The hot tubs were hot and relaxing after a day on the beach. The outside grill and bar were popular. Location is great! Close to Walmart and lots of good restaurants. Overall I would definitely come back.

Location and housing was great. Only downfall was we expected it to be cleaner with the cleaning charges being paid to stay. We found trident gum wrappers all over and red wine stain on one of bath tubs. <br/><br/>Not a huge complaint just something you might want to address for future stays. <br/><br/>Also if I had any questions property management was very helpful and quick to give me an answer.

We loved our stay. The condo was in perfect condition and the Boardwalk is beautiful. It is such a quiet place. We reserved for next year. Also doing business with ECDI was wonderful.

The whole family loved the stay. There was 12 of us staying and celebrating my Moms 85th Birthday.We all had plenty of was my Great Neice and Nephews first beach trip. They still say let&#x2019;s go back to the playhouse..We made forever memories here.Thank you.

We started out in a reserved condo at the wonderful Edgewater Golf and Resort location. Upon arrival we were issued our parking pass and the proceeded to park, we needed a can opener to get in and out of the truck. We looked for luggage carts only to be disappointed that not one was available, so off we went to check out the condo, this one was supposed to be remolded and we couldn&#x2019;t wait to see it. Well in the door we went only to find cabinet doors missing, bifold doors hanging off the hinge&#x2019;s, curtains torn down and trash all over the balcony. Called ECD and they said they would send a cleaner over but , that was not going to do it for us. <br/>We got a hold of the supervisor who was great and moved us to the Boardwalk 2211 which made up for all the hassle. ( It was Fantastic)<br/>We will return next year, the Supervisor was awesome and very professional.
