This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to six and features a comfy king bed in the master bedroom, fun, built-in bunks in the hallway plus a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals. It also boasts an updated, tiled walk in shower.

Check in was a breeze, the building had ample luggage carts and parking wasn't overly crowded. (Even checking in during memorial weekend) the security and resort employees were friendly, efficient and great with kids. The building has 5 well maintained elevators, we never had to wait for than a minute or two. Upon entering the condo, the room was spotless! (I am a bit of a clean freak, and I truly can't find anything to clean). The pool and splash pad had my kids begging to stay another week. While the beach chairs and umbrella rental (optional) made my husband's stay less work and more relaxing! We are already looking into a return trip in the fall. (The resort has a store, pizza, ice cream and a beach bar and grill all are great!)

For the most part my stay was great room condo was very spacious and clean.. my only issue was the keypad lock completely stopped working and me and my son was locked out for like 2 hours at night.. the emergency line was available and did get a lock smith out to get us into the condo and maintenance did come early the next morning to fix the lock.. Also for a better guest experience you should upgrade the tv in the bedroom or invest in a Roku or firestick wasn’t to please with having to watch basic tv going to bed

Emerald Coast is much easier to work with than Royal American. Teresa being located at Boardwalk on site sometimes is a great asset for yall. We overall enjoyed our stay

We have stayed at Boardwalk many times and it never disappoints. Emerald Coast was great to work with. The condo was very clean. I always go back over the bathroom and the Clorox wipe was still white after I cleaned the shower and floor. We will use Emerald Coast Destinations again. Thank you.
