*****This 16th floor Boardwalk Beach Resort ocean front condo has a King Size bed in the master and also a King Size Bed in the 2nd bedroom*****

The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bunkbed.

The living room has a pull out queen size couch.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most family friendly complexes in Panama City Beach. It has one of the best pool areas of any complex. There is a very large lagoon pool, 2 hot tubs and a children play area.

The Boardwalk has a full service Tiki Bar here with live music on weekends.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a spectacular view of the gulf with access to the balcony. It has a large flat screen TV with cable TV.

The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed and flatscreen TV.

The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bunkbed and flatscreen TV.

The living room has an ocean view with balcony access and a pull out couch. It has a flat screen TV as well.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook full meals while on vacation.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:

The condo was amazing overall. The couch and chairs in the living room had a lot of stains but we covered them with the pull out bed sheets and it was all good. The beds were EXTREMELY noisy but fairly comfortable. Other than those two things everything else was perfect. The view and location can’t be beat. The security at the pool is strict but it keeps things enjoyable because there isnt a lot of craziness. It’s by far the quietest section of the beach. We loved it.

It was fantastic. On a quieter end of the beach. Wonderful view of the Pool, Beach, Ocean and Sunsets. Not far from excellent restaurants, shopping, and pier park, We thoroughly enjoyed the experience!<br/>

Great location, beautiful view. Nice resort. Awesome Tiki bar and restaurant on property. Terrible beds and tvs barely worked. Amazing AC! No smoking on balconies was a let down. No one told us this before we rented. But overall is was great!

My family prepaid for a location at Watercrest (room 408)in June. Four days before we were supposed to go to this location at the end of Sept., the manager informed us that they had rented out the site while it was being sold and that owners were closing on the property. It wasn't available (this was not news to them; they just did it anyways). Four days before our vacation, they offered us another condo (room 1202). After arriving there at the location, we found that condo wrecked, blood on the couch, and so on I took plenty of pictures. Also, the original site was beautiful and worth the hefty price tag we had paid. The new location was absoulty worth less, and they did comp us anything. While in the parking lot I called their security about the blood in 1202 Watercrest and contacted the manager of the bookings through Emerald Coast Destinations. We were then relocated to this thrid location, the place was nice, but it was not clean. If you stay here it will be pleasant but wear shoes at all times, as the floor will turn your feet or sock black within 10 mins. Make sure you bring soaps, dish sponges, and toloiet paper. The beach was great, the ac worked, cover the windows in the master room for it to cool off, and there are horse flies around the pools so we stayed at the beach most of the time. My recommendation is for Panama Beach, not for this company. We should have never been treated this the right thing the first time

We've stayed at many condo units in PCB and this unit was very room and lots of storage in the bedrooms and kitchen. The owner had nice pots and even a good knife that works. The reason for the property is they were redoing the pool so we couldn't swim. That was one of the things we wanted to do.

Nice Condo, A bit crowded on check in and check out, took 45 mins to get a luggage cart. Elevators seemed to be only using 1 or 2, but overall very nice. Close to some stuff, but plan 35 mins drive due to traffic to the pier.

Loved this view!! Very nice place. Pools were heated and kids had a great time. Needs a new washer and dryer but the rest of the place was great. Look forward to booking again.
