The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most family friendly complexes in Panama City Beach. It has one of the best pool areas of any condo complex. There is a very large lagoon pool, 2 hot tubs and a children's play area.

There is a Tiki Bar here with live music on weekends.

What's nearby:
Guests will be surrounded by many local restaurants serving local seafood, including Montego Bay Seafood House & Oyster Bar and Firefly (both just under two miles away). Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, just over six miles away! Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just under two miles from this condo.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Perfect little studio for a two person getaway. Beach was great and the check-in/out process was fantastic. The condo wasn&#x2019;t as clean as I would have expected and some of the appliances were sketchy (inside of microwave, dishwasher not installed correctly). Very disappointed that the washer/dryer that was noted on the listing did not work as well. We did not pack accordingly to not be able to wash our clothing and towels. We had to spend extra money purchasing more towels and clothes because we couldn&#x2019;t wash ours. Property management was good about sending someone over to look at things however nothing was fixed while we were there and according to the repairman, he had been there multiple times to address issue with that same washer and dryer. <br/>

We enjoyed the condo and the location. It was just the two so it meet our needs. I would suggest a couple of things though, the lock on the sliding door is completely rusted so it was hard to get it locked or unlocked. It needs replacing. The nick nacks on the shelving unit, the wood furniture, the cabinet over the toilet and the portable fan had lots of dust on them. They need a good cleaning. The rolling garment closet that housed extra blankets and pillows took up a lot of room in the bathroom. Not sure what you could do different to put those items elsewhere. The clock on the did not work. Would have been nice if it did. These were just minor things and didn't hinder our stay.

Really nice room. Very clean. Decent view of the ocean from the side of the building. No condo or hotel on our side of the building, so we also had a nice view of the area. Good location on the beach. Not crowded. Unfortunately we had set friday as our pool day, only to receive a text saying the pool was closed. We were not able to use the pool. Very disappointed in that. On the same street as Pineapple Willys. So I would avoid during spring break. Otherwise it was very nice. Quiet. Security gate with guard. Lots of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. Close to pretty much everything. Golf course across the street. We would definitely stay again.

This unit was the perfect fit for a relaxing week with my sister. We opted to dine out so the lack of a full kitchen was not an issue. Views from the balcony were top notch, also. We loved that covered parking was available but had to purchase a second parking pass for the extra car. Everything we needed was provided except we only had 1 roll of toilet paper for the week and had to purchase more. I would stay here again!

We had a good experience! The room was nice and clean. There wasn&#x2019;t room for anymore than 2 people in my opinion. It would be hard to cook there but we ate out. There were a few cosmetic improvements that could be made but we were pleased and enjoyed our stay.

The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished, it was immaculate upon arrival! We were very pleased with it, all the amenities of home! We enjoyed it so much we&#x2019;ve already rented a place there for next year! Highly recommend this place! The staff there was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful!! You won&#x2019;t regret staying here!!!

Me and my husband originally had reservations for our honeymoon at the summit. We were shocked to find the room and its cleanliness was not as described. The room reeked of smoke and there were several other issues. We called ecdi to see if there was anyway to save what was left of our honeymoon and boy did they come through. They moved our reservation to this room at the Boardwalk. It was 100 times better. The room was clean and very well kept. No additional cleaning was required from us. We felt very safe. The beach was very relaxing as well since it&#x2019;s not a party spot. Most of the other renters were older and everyone was respectful of eachother. We will definitely be staying here again!
