This four bedroom, three bathroom condo sleeps up to twelve guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. The second master also has a king bed with queen sleeper sofa and has it's own private bathroom and the third bedroom boasts a queen bed. With the bonus room bunks and queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room, the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The condo itself was beautiful and for our family of 12 perfectly! The only thing I would recommend is the condo owner really should steam clean the furniture due to lots of stains. And I was a bit irritated by paying a big “cleaning” fee and the floors were filthy. The kids feet were black within minutes of walking around. And there was mildew around the jets in the jacuzzi tub. But we did not let this ruin our vacation. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean, the kitchen well stocked and was very roomy. A minor problem occurred and the host quickly responded and sent maintenance to fix the issue. We didn’t have any more problems. We enjoyed it very much!!!

Overall we had a nice family vacation however, this property could use a deep clean and some maintenance. The Boardwalk is in a good location for a quiet get away and has a nice pool and water play area for little ones. This was our third year in unit 1511 and we have noticed it getting dirtier year over year! The furniture in the living room could use a good cleaning and the grout throughout the unit needs a deep clean as well as a good dusting of the light fixtures. We had issues with sinks and showers being clogged which took maintenance 2 days to correct. There was no hot water available in the kitchen sink which was reported but not fixed during our 7 day stay. The kitchen amenities (plates, bowls, appliances) were minimal (no crockpot this year). With these issues the rates have continued to increase each year and the gym has been completely closed to guests.<br/>I can no longer recommend this property and will look for a different location for our 2026 visit to the Emerald Coast. We do love PCB but were disappointed with Boardwalk 1511.

Great time! Condo actually had seating for 6 at the dining area which was nice for dinner and game playing. The picture seemed to show a smaller table so that was a pleasant surprise. Pool was nice and beach was on the quiet side which was nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Balcony was large and had a great view! We saw a few beautiful sunsets and dolphins in the morning.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 children under 5 years old stayed here the first week of June. It was a lovely condo and we had a great time. The condo was clean and well furnished to accommodate us comfortably. We have stayed at this property previously in a different unit and were not as pleased, this unit redeemed the resort for us. Boardwalk is on the slower quiet end of the beach which we love. Less crowds on the beach and easy to get around. Conveniently located near activities at the Grand Lagoon area. We did have a small issue with the door code at check-in but it was resolved quickly Anne the staff was very attentive. Pool is well maintained and elevators are quick (5 total and all were functional). Check-in and out was a breeze compared to other places we have stayed in the area. I definitely recommend this resort and unit.
