This spacious second floor four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo with a bonus room is the perfect coastal retreat for families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to twelve guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and direct access to a private gulf-front balcony—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or taking in unforgettable sunsets. The second master suite includes a king bed, a twin-size bunk bed, a private bathroom, and its own balcony, making it ideal for families with children. The third bedroom also offers a king bed, while the bonus room provides additional sleeping space with a queen bed. In the spacious living room, a queen sleeper sofa ensures everyone has a comfortable place to unwind after a day at the beach.

The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and dine in, giving you the flexibility to save money for more vacation fun. The open-concept layout creates a welcoming atmosphere for gathering, whether you’re sharing meals or relaxing together after a day in the sun.

With direct access to a large private beach and plenty of on-site entertainment, this condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, space, and resort-style amenities—ideal for creating lasting vacation memories.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.

We did not choose this condo but were upgraded to this location because our original choice was under going repairs. This location was in the same area & accommodations were very good. Furniture was not very comfortable & was stained. I enjoy cooking & kitchen was not very well stocked with appliances.

The condo location is ideal and pool & ocean views are good. We were happy with the space and pleasantly surprised more kitchenware items available than previous reviews stated. The cleanliness is not ideal- you'll want to bring a broom & dust pan, cleaning wipes or sprays. As others have stated, the couch and loveseat are quite dirty in multiple places. Even if steam cleaned, I'm not sure these can be saved. The bunkbeds room was super dusty and clearly unvacuumed/swept before we arrived. My sons sneezed constantly until we bought a vacuum. The balcony has sturdy, excellent furniture. Beds, bathrooms, and kitchen clean. One pillow per person, one sheet per bed, and thin comforters- bring extra if needed. Bring broom and dust pan plus something to wipe down countertops- no cleaning materials present to maintain condo for week.

The unit was WONDERFUL! It was very clean and decorated Beautifully! There were a couple of small issues with the unit that needs to be addressed: the kitchen faucet dripped all the time and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was very shaky/it seemed very loose. The Property/Boardwalk was another issue...we have stayed here for 12 to 15 years and love it! But while we were there they had fire dept on site to check system...clearly understand but why couldn't it be before Summer season was all day event. Also they were working on deck around the pool for 3 days. Again why couldn't this be done in NON peak season?

This condo let our needs with 10 guests. Spacious kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. View was perfect. A few little fixer uppers could be done, maybe a couple more patio chairs. One of the chairs at the patio table is broken. The pool was SO nice. Beware of the security guards though, even in the winter they patrol heavily and stop you if they catch you without your wrist band or if you have a drink near the pool or hot tub. I guess more security is better though. We felt very safe, relaxed, comfortable at this condo and resort. Our 3 families had plenty of space. Will return to this condo if in PCB again.

Very easy to book and a very helpful staff to work with and very reasonable rates. The location is great the pool is super and the condo was clean and spacious . Me and my family had a very pleasant stay and vacation !
