RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.

This is a great location on a busy street but we didn't have issues~probably would in high season. Lots of steps if that is an issue. Overall we were pleased and would rent again.

Our family loved our stay. Everything was accurate regarding the location. The views were awesome. Straight path to the beach. The amenities was perfectly adequate for our large group. The property was clean inside and outside the only thing that I felt like needed attention was the pathway was overgrown somewhat, not so bad that you had to fight your way to the beachfront but it definitely needed some loving care. There was a good amount of beach items just in case you didn’t bring enough for everyone. Fantastic would stay here again we all loved our time together.

The property has been recently remodeled and looked great. All new appliances and flooring. It was very clean. <br/>We were concerned about coming to PCB during spring break due to the crowds, but this townhome location was shielded from nearby Towers and large crowds. We had no problem with beach space. The three decks provided access for beautiful sunsets on every level.

House was beautiful, spacious, clean, stocked very well in kitchen, beach towels, chairs, wagon! Management team, Justin was very responsive. Everything you needed was there! Loved that we could walk everywhere and not have to fight traffic! Only thing I didn’t like was parking space, couldn&#039;t park 3 cars. The backyard is the white sand beach. I rate 5 stars because everything was exceptional! I will come back again and again!

So much fun. Fit a lot of people and the beach was our back yard. Loved our time and would definitely do it again.
