RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

Our family of 13 stayed here the week of the 4th. We love staying on the Thomas Drive end of PCB, and this location was perfect for us. The back yard area: pool, gas grill, and plenty of seating were amazing. The beach access #9 was such a short walk and easily accessible (our 2 year old walked it with no complaints). The house was clean, plenty of seating, and a great table/chairs for playing cards. We loved the close drive to restaurants too. The grill was out of propane, and I contacted the property manager, and we had a refilled propane tank the next day. Great customer service. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Nice house, plenty of room, <br/>Only issues were the pool motor was not working so the water was not circulating and was cloudy, only 5 lights worked outside that were strung above the pool and the hot tub had a terrible smell. We reached out the 1st day about it but nothing was ever done. <br/>With that being said we would still stay here again with those items being fixed. Location was great and a quiet neighborhood.

The location to the beach was fabulous! Pool, hot tub, and fire put we thoroughly enjoyed. Layout of the house made the family reunion vacation great! There is mold on the ceiling in the living room, around the vent in the main bathroom, and in the toilet water and under the rim. The heat pump vented door was full of dust which formed a thick layer on the heat pump itself. The filter didn't look like it had been changed in awhile. Only item we had to try to clean with was a broom and dustpan. If we even had an Eureka Mighty Mite vacuum, Libman household mop,we could have done so much more. Top bedspread had red Kool-aid staining. Couches had covers due to staining. Place needs a spring/fall cleaning. Hotel soap was used up in 3 days and we had to buy hand soap. I bought and left a new ceramic skillet as the non stick pans are wore out .

We were a party of 10, the set up of the house accommodates that size very well. Plenty of space to have privacy and also enjoy togetherness. The walk to the beach was quick and easy.

We loved our stay at the beach house. It was beautiful and spacious inside, beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. We lived in the backyard, pool was perfect and the shade canopy was just right for the hot days. Hammocks and hot tub were great as well with plentiful seating on the patio. Neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe. Walk to the beach is easy. Crossing the street was a little dangerous at times so watch to make sure cars stop properly at the crosswalk. Minor issue with plumbing starting to back up towards the end of our stay but it was fixed the next morning. I would stay again in the future.

Loved the house/pool/hot tub/ & appliances within the house as well as the location. <br/>Just a few things needed attention within the house. Being: the remotes to the tv in the main room didn&#x2019;t work. The other remote to the tv in the smaller section of the house didn&#x2019;t work very well & the crack adjustable umbrella seemed like it was falling apart so we were afraid to mess with it. Also the Battery went dead in the front door lock when we got there & had to wait for maintenance to get in and also died by the second to last day we were there and also had to just come in through the back. Other than that it was a great place overall.
