Fully equipped kitchen with all small appliances needed including a crock pot, lots of cookware, plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils and 1.5 Bathrooms.

Free WiFi included. Two Flat Screen HDTVs front Loading Large Capacity washer / dryer and everything you need for a great vacation.

Towels and linens for all beds are included.
There is 24 hour security, hot tubs (inside and out), two baby pools, two large pools,

Onsite The Summit Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob's Restaurant, Snack Bar Gift Shop & Convenient Store.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it! The room is near the elevator which was super nice and on the 5th floor which is up high enough for a great view, but not too high, if you’re afraid of heights like me. The room was well equipped and had plenty of cook wear, dishes and Tupperware. The room was clean, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the living room furniture was of very nice quality. The owner was quick to respond with any questions I had, but he wasn’t overbearing on us. He let us enjoy “living” in his beautiful condo for 2 weeks, as if it were ours. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo was beautifully remodeled and the kitchen was full of everything you needed . The resort is very nice and has nice big pools and great hot tubs and is in a great location with an amazing view . My only complaint was that the pools and hot tubs closed at 5:00 every day since it was winter . I&#x2019;m hoping they rethink that because most people love to enjoy them in the evenings . I will not be staying again in winter unless that rule changes.. <br/>

We enjoyed our stay at this Beach House. They were two things that we discovered staying there. One, the ice maker didn't work, we had to buy ice and put in the ice carrier and get ice that way. Two, it was a problem sliding the shower curtain for my wife, because they rigged a shower bracket together by conduit pipe and it was rusty and showing on the shower curtain. Other than that we had a great time and loved the view from the balcony. It was clean to perfection, we loved it. The security was excellent and seen them late at night watching the pool area and the grounds. Make sure you ride the Sea Screamer to see the dolphins, it was awesome to see them. I'm sure they will get those two things fixed after this review.

I am sorry the icemaker stopped working properly it has been thawed out and now works properly. I do not understand your comment about a rigged shower curtain rod because it is a commercial quality bowed out shower curtain rod which keeps the curtain away from your body and allows more room in the shower?It is not that is not made of conduit pipe? I am glad that you and your wife loved the condo and the view from the balcony. Please come back and stay with us again!

The unit was clean and exactly as pictured online. Beds were comfortable, and the view is spectacular! We had an issue with a broken dryer, but the owner had a repair company out very quickly! <br/><br/>There are a few recommendations I have for this unit. Please install a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, and I'd also recommend installing some hooks in the bedroom or bathrooms for handing towels and bathing suits. Also, the seal in the washing machine needs a good cleaning, it has that musty odor that front-loader washers get.

Our family group had a blast from easy beach living and the beautiful views all day long! Very good spot for all the family and close enough to things for teens to do their things as well!! Lots of room and enough space for privacy! Kids and everyone enjoyed the pool and beach!

This rental was beautiful. Amazing view, amazing sleep and could not have been better. The gates are very strict with wrist bands so I can promise you that you are safe. The condo was super clean and very prepared for guest.

Christmas On The Beach!

My husband and I live in Panama City and we have a family Christmas tradition to spend a few days with our 2 children in a condo in a resort on the beach each year. Our kids love to swim in the heated pools and we like to use the hot tubs so we always make sure that the resort where we stay has both amenities. This year we chose The Summit which had 2 outdoor and 1 indoor hot tub and 2 large pools, 1 is heated. When we checked into this condo we were very happy when we walked in. Everything was perfect and much nicer than the pictures on the website. The place looks brand new! My husband loved the huge TV in the living room to watch his sports and I loved the kitchen that had everything I needed to cook our Christmas dinner. I also loved the laundry area with a huge granite top that was great for folding clothes. The balcony furniture was excellent, perfect to enjoy the view. Thanks for letting us rent your condo. We couldn't have asked for more and will try to rent it again for 2023!

My husband and I live in Panama City and we have a family Christmas tradition to spend a few days with our 2 children in a condo in a resort on the beach each year. Our kids love to swim in the heated pools and we like to use the hot tubs so we always make sure that the resort where we stay has both amenities. This year we chose The Summit which had 2 outdoor and 1 indoor hot tub and 2 large pools, 1 is heated. When we checked into this condo we were very happy when we walked in. Everything was perfect and much nicer than the pictures on the website. The place looks brand new! My husband loved the huge TV in the living room to watch his sports and I loved the kitchen that had everything I needed to cook our Christmas dinner. I also loved the laundry area with a huge granite top that was great for folding clothes. The balcony furniture was excellent, perfect to enjoy the view. Thanks for letting us rent your condo. We couldn't have asked for more and will try to rent it again for 2023!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Summit in condo 518. We booked this condo at the last minute for a 3 night stay while on our way to Ft Myers Beach from Kansa City. Before we booked the condo we read the two recent reviews and wondered how they could be so different. We emailed the owner who told us the 1 star review must have been written on the wrong property because the unit was being remodeled from Nov to early Dec. which included the period that the review was written. Upon arrival we agreed with the owner's response and we could not have asked for more! Everything in the later 5 star review was spot on except they forgot to mention the condo has a very nice beverage and wine cooler next to the fridge which leaves more room in the fridge for food items. The entire rental experience was excellent. Booking was very easy, the owner was very responsive and it was easy working with him! He even allowed us to check out 3 hours late since the condo was not rented the day we were leaving. This condo was so much better than the pictures on the website. The owner told us new pictures will b e posted soon. It had nice stainless steel appliances and nice furniture. The king size bed was super comfortable. The remodeled kitchen and bathroom updates are amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice small appliances including a blender with two pitchers. There were plenty of very nice dishes, glasses, utensils, nice pots and pans. There were cleaning supplies and laundry detergent provided for the front loading washer dryer.The views from the 5th floor balcony were awesome, especially the sunsets!. Thank you very much Bob for allowing us to stay in your condo. We would have rated it more than 5 Stars if that was an option and highly recommend it for others to rent!

There were cleaning supplies and laundry detergent provided for the front loading washer dryer.The views from the 5th floor balcony were awesome, especially the sunsets!. We have taken short 3-7 day vacations at The Summit several times each year for the past 8 years. We loved this condo that was one of, if not the best that we have rented. We were very surprised when we checked in. It was much nicer than the pictures on the website. The owner had just finished remodeling it the day before we arrived and it was super clean. It had all new flooring and had just been completely repainted. The kitchen was redesigned with all new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash and nice stainless steel appliances. There was every small appliance we needed including a crock pot, a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The living room furniture was very coordinated and a new 65" TV was great for watching movies and sports. The front loading washer and dryer units are located under a large granite countertop that was very convenient for folding towels and clothes. The bathrooms are very nice and have taller toilets than most Summit condos we have rented. The master bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed and nice furniture The decorations were very nice throughout the entire condo. There are bunk beds in the hallway with nice mattresses. The condo is located on the 5th floor close to the center of the building near the center elevators. There were 4 tall Adirondack chairs on the balcony with a great view of the 2 pools, the Tiki Bar, the huge beach and the ocean. The condo was perfect for our 2 Adults and 2 children but it also has a queen size sofa sleeper and 2 rollaway beds that would be great for younger children. We had great weather, no rain and lots of sunshine. I highly recommend this condo and The Summit. We will rent it again!.

We were very surprised when we checked in. It was much nicer than the pictures on the website. The owner had just finished remodeling it the day before we arrived and it was super clean. It had all new flooring and had just been completely repainted. The kitchen was redesigned with all new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash and nice stainless steel appliances. There was every small appliance we needed including a crock pot, a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The living room furniture was very coordinated and a new 65" TV was great for watching movies and sports. The front loading washer and dryer units are located under a large granite countertop that was very convenient for folding towels and clothes. The bathrooms are very nice and have taller toilets than most Summit condos we have rented. The master bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed and nice furniture The decorations were very nice throughout the entire condo. There are bunk beds in the hallway with nice mattresses. The condo is located on the 5th floor close to the center of the building near the center elevators. There were 4 tall Adirondack chairs on the balcony with a great view of the 2 pools, the Tiki Bar, the huge beach and the ocean. The condo was perfect for our 2 Adults and 2 children but it also has a queen size sofa sleeper and 2 rollaway beds that would be great for younger children. We had great weather, no rain and lots of sunshine. I highly recommend this condo and The Summit. We will rent it again!.

We Loved It!! It was very clean and had a great view from the 5th floor balcony. The condo was better than the pictures that were advertised. It was a very easy experience working with this owner. He was very responsive to my emails answering all of our questions everything beginning to end was great customer service. We loved the location. The condo was nicely decorated, had plenty of towels and was clean, which was perfect for us. The kitchen has everything we needed, plenty of nice dishes pots pans and even had a crockpot The owner thought of everything. We would recommend this condo to others and will definitely come back and stay here again.

We booked this condo at the last minute because the original condo we had booked in another resort was not going to be available until 4:00 PM 2 nights after we were supposed to check in. The property manager for this condo was amazing to work with. He even gave us a late check out at no extra charge so we did not have to find something to do for 6 hours until we could check into our original condo. We were very happy with the condition of this condo. It was very clean. The owner provides plenty of towels actually way more than we needed. They also provided all of the cleaning supplies, extra trash bags and laundry detergent that we would have needed for a week or more. The furniture in the condo is very nice. The living room has matching leather furniture 2 recliners and a sofa sleeper. The Kitchen has stainless steel major appliances and nice small appliances including a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The balcony has 4 very nice bar height polywood chairs. the beds were super comfortable and the condo was decorated nicely. If we had not already paid for our other reservation we would have rather stayed in this condo for our entire vacation. We highly recommend this condo and this resort. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

We booked this condo at the last minute because the original condo we had booked in another resort was not going to be available until 4:00 PM 2 nights after we were supposed to check in. We were very happy with the condition of this condo. It was very clean. The owner provides plenty of towels actually way more than we needed. They also provided all of the cleaning supplies, extra trash bags and laundry detergent that we would have needed for a week or more. The furniture in the condo is very nice. The living room has matching leather furniture 2 recliners and a sofa sleeper. The Kitchen has stainless steel major appliances and nice small appliances including a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The balcony has 4 very nice bar height polywood chairs. the beds were super comfortable and the condo was decorated nicely. If we had not already paid for our other reservation we would have rather stayed in this condo for our entire vacation. We highly recommend this condo and this resort. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Was very pleased with the communication and the email introducing us to our condominium with all the information that we needed. Very detailed information.<br/>Upon arriving at the resort - moving into the condo was very chaotic and actually could not move our things till the next morning after we came. So many people were trying to move in at one time and it made it impossible. Elevators remain locked up the first couple days with people moving things in an out, had to use the stairs for half of the trip - that was very difficult considering we were on the fifth story. The condo was in good shape and was well-kept, however there was hair all over the bedroom lamp, cloth recliners and all over my sons bottom bunk. Appears as if there had been a pet in there recently. Dishes and kitchen was in great shape, just did a little tidying up to make it more comfortable for my family. overall the atmosphere outside of the condo was very lively and active, made a great time for me and my children as they are a little bit older. Highly recommend this property for single people or people with older children like mine - We had a great access to the beach. Definitely lots of amenities and my children had a great time as well as myself. Would stay again.

That is very common in all resorts here in PCB when all guests have the same typical arrival times of 4:00 PM. To avoid waiting in line to access the elevators, we encourage our guests to bring a small bag with essentials and change into their bathing suits and go to the pool or beach upon arrival. Waiting 2 - 3 hours to unload your vehicle until the check in rush is over for the other guests will allow you the opportunity to enjoy the amenities and sunshine on your first day here. Pets are not allowed in this condo except for service dogs so unsure what you saw that looked like pet hair. Other than that I am happy that you found our vacation rental was clean and you were very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental! Thank you again and please do come back next year.

We have stayed at The Summit several times over the past 10 years and this condo was one of the nicest we have rented. It was clean had nice stainless appliance, with every small appliance including a regular and Keurig coffee maker. The furniture and decorations were very nice and the bathrooms were updated with taller toilets which was much appreciated! The Summit was very well maintained with amenities we have not found in the newer resorts we have tried the past 2 years and we came back to stay there again. Since our last visit the building has been totally repainted and we loved the new color scheme that gave it a very modern appearance. The condo was conveniently located close to the elevator almost in the center of the building. The balcony had 4 tall Polyword Adirondack chairs that were great for seeing over the balcony railing for a view of the pool deck and the beach. The condo is on the 5th floor so easy to use the stairs if you want some exercise and high enough to enjoy the view of the ocean. The master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed and there were very nice bunk beds with thick mattresses. There was also a sofa sleeper and 2 rollaway beds perfect for younger children. The condo was perfect for 2 Adults and 3 children. We enjoyed the weather! Late April was perfect for us with no rain and lots of sunshine. We met some nice people at the Summit Tiki bar on the pool deck and had lunch and dinner several times at Bikini Bob's restaurant at the end of the pool deck. I do highly recommend this condo and The Summit we will be back again in the fall!.

Since our last visit the building has been totally repainted and we loved the new color scheme that gave it a very modern appearance. The condo was conveniently located close to the elevator almost in the center of the building. The balcony had 4 tall Polyword Adirondack chairs that were great for seeing over the balcony railing for a view of the pool deck and the beach. The condo is on the 5th floor so easy to use the stairs if you want some exercise and high enough to enjoy the view of the ocean. The master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed and there were very nice bunk beds with thick mattresses. There was also a sofa sleeper and 2 rollaway beds perfect for younger children. The condo was perfect for 2 Adults and 3 children. We enjoyed the weather! Late April was perfect for us with no rain and lots of sunshine. We met some nice people at the Summit Tiki bar on the pool deck and had lunch and dinner several times at Bikini Bob's restaurant at the end of the pool deck. I do highly recommend this condo and The Summit we will be back again in the fall!.

This unit was well stocked. From the extra bedding, towels and everything you needed in the kitchen. The property owner was timely in responses to emails prior to arriving which is always a plus. <br/>The view was wonderful from the unit. The pictures shown are true photos of the unit.<br/>This is an older complex and would consider the complex average. The unit itself not being a typical 5 with all new flooring and granite counter tops. This is clearly a well-maintained unit and very clean. I would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Our family of 6 had a great vacation in this condo. We love staying at the Summit in February. There are 2 pools 1 is heated, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor hot tubs and a huge beach. The condo was very clean and the view from this 5th floor condo was great. We especially liked the balcony furniture it had 4 taller Adirondack Chairs with 2 tables so we could see over the balcony railing. The furnishings were updated and very coordinated. We have stayed at the Summit before and this condo has updated bathrooms with ADA height toilets instead of the much lower toilets in other condos there. My husband has back problems and this was a feature he really appreciated. The King Bed was very comfortable, the bunk beds have thick memory foam mattresses The sofa sleeper also was memory foam and surprisingly comfortable. The property manager was very responsive he was quick to reply to our emails. We will definitely rent this condo again

He sent a text that it was ready for an early check-in giving us a few more hours of beach time. <br/><br/>We live in an apartment in PCB and have stayed at the Summit for winter getaways several times. Loved It!! Such an easy experience with this owner. He was wonderful answering any questions that we had, just made everything very easy, great customer service. We loved the location. It was a neat, clean condo, which was perfect for us. Kitchen has everything, even a crockpot for easy eating after a day on the beach. The owner thought of it all. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

The Summit may be an older building, but it is well maintained. 518 is conveniently located just a few steps from the elevator in the center of the building over looking the pool. This is on the 5th floor so not to high up to use the steps for some exercise and high enough to enjoy the view of the Gulf. The weather in September was perfect for us. We got very lucky that Mother Nature cooperated. The master suite has a very comfortable bed and condo was perfect for 2 Adults and 4 children. I do highly recommend The Summit 518. Can&#x2019;t forget the Tiki bar by the pool and meeting some great people while on Vacation.

We stayed at The Summit 518 while kids where out on Fall Break. The room is very close the the Elevator which made it great! The balcony over looked the pool and was perfect for sitting out in the morning and evenings looking at the Gulf Coast. We had perfect weather for our trip. The Summit may be one of the older condos, but is very well kept up. We will plan our vacation agin next year at The Summit 518.

Great location with a beautiful view. The property management company was very easy to communicate with. The only issue were the floors. They were so dirty that your feet would turn black if you didn&#x2019;t have shoes on. I understand you are at the beach but this was really bad. Also the construction going on was very annoying and the people working on the building had no respect for the guest staying there. I understand this isn&#x2019;t ECDI&#x2019;s fault it&#x2019;s just something to be aware of.

We were here for the Ironman Triathlon and found this condo to be perfect for our stay. It is located almost right next door just a short walk to the start and finish of the event. We enjoyed the updates the owner told us were going to be different than the website photos including all new bedroom furniture and a new Stainless steel fridge! The living room furniture was also very nice. We are health nuts and kind of picky and we found that the condo was very clean upon arrival with nice linens and towels. We plan to return again next year and hope to rent this condo again.

Two families with small children. Unit was very accommodating. We enjoyed the extras such as the tiki bar, movie night at the pool, the snack shack. Right on the beach. All rooms have balcony ocean view which is a favorite of ours. Would stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Summit.<br/>Amenities were adequate, the Best part was the washer& dryer and Keurig. Ample beds to pick from.<br/>The only suggestion I gave the owner is a blackout curtain for the master bed.The sunrise is gorgeous but way too early if you'd like to sleep in past6:15am;) The 2pools are very well maintained and the hot tubs came in handy since it was a bit chilly during our stay.But kids don't mind the cold. The beach is pristine. Would stay here any time if it weren't so far from NC;)

The condo was very nice and comfortable. Close to all the attractions, shopping, fishing trips and restaurants.

We stayed in Condo 518 at the Summit this past week. It was great! Very relaxing! The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be back next year
