At the Beautiful Majestic Beach Towers TOWER 1!

Brand newly remodeled condo. The owners of this condo recently took the mirrors from the living room down and added shiplap. They also painted the entire condo and put new floors down in winter of 2020. The condo is in impeccable condition.

This large condo comfortably sleeps 13 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

* 2 Master suites – Each with a king size bed and on-suite bathroom.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and a large flat screen tv.

The 4th bedroom has a queen bed with a twin size bunk over it and a flat screen tv.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

This Unit is on the 5th floor (not too high like many units but still with a great view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach:

This unit is professionally and locally managed. Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs.
Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***

The bathroom shower curtain was moldy. I had to clean it myself. One of the beds sheets was also dirty. I’ve stayed at this particular place for the last 5 years and am usually satisfied. Great location. Check in is pretty bad. I never expect perfect and sometimes things happen. Would still stay here again.

The beach was pretty. The location was very nice. The condo had a great view. Some things need to be fixed in the condo, but the management company has been made aware and was prompt to help with the few things we needed assistance with.

Location on the beach was great and views was wonderful. Check-in was easy just note it is quite the walk from the parking lot to the main building. our room was in good repair and updated. 2 of the 4 beds were very comfortable, other 2 beds needs improvement. past that very nice no issues and great visit. note the rooms were very clean and we would like to thank the management for a safe clean building.

We had a great stay at the Majestic. The condo was very nice, however I feel that it could’ve been a little cleaner than what it was. Other than that everything worked great and we would definitely stay there again.

The rental experience was over all good. The condo needed some repairs and was in need of a good cleaning. Sone sheets where dirty. they wernt washed. Trash can needs replaced with something clean ,and that fits bags. Good beach of the beach. Parking a little far away.

The experience was awesome. We originally had another property booked with different days but needed to change due to work. This was done very effectively when we called the office. The gal there was very kind and informative. The condo is just as described. More than enough room to accommodate our party of 8. Everything was up to par. I would recommend getting your chairs reserved for your stay when you get there, as they are not reserved for you automatically as we thought. Once we went down, we had them for the rest of the week. The property is on the fifth floor, conveniently located close to an elevator and above the pools. Overall we were very pleased and would go back to this property.

as in all places at the beach elevators are way too slow..we don’t stay above 5th floor so we can always walk. location was fine. the unit was ok..a little worn. Kitchen trash can has never been cleaned..nasty. a little dusty..we were pleased with all the amenities..kids always had something to do..water temp was excellent in all.

Loved the Majestic tower 1. Even though it was off season! The condo was nice short on linins. Furniture was uncomfortable. We have noticed that they all are. Great area and the beds were a good sleep.

Our condo was the perfect size for 9 of us. We never felt crowded and had plenty of space to move around. The view from the balcony was magnificent. We watched dolphins in the ocean every day and even got a couple flyovers from the Thunderbirds! We had no issues with the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. There were plenty of supplies, everything we needed really but we didn&#x2019;t do much cooking. The location was great for walking to stores and there&#x2019;s a Walmart very close by. Expect to do a bit of walking from parking garage to condo but it didn&#x2019;t bother us. We re all walkers! Weather was perfect! Staff was friendly. Overall a great experience!!!

The unit was big-would easily sleep 10 without a pull-out couch being used. The location is excellent with the gulf-front balcony being our favorite spot. The indoor pool was used daily by our kids and the water was warm. The building is well-maintained. The unit could use a deeper cleaning(under beds, furniture,baseboards, etc.) and had a few minor issues with plumbing that didn't detract from our enjoyment at all. Management offered to remedy during the stay if we wished.

This condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We had no issues whatsoever. It is beachfront with places to go eat all around. The appliances all worked great. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely be back!

The condo was not very clean upon arrival. Carpets were dirty and stained, hard floors were dirty, my feet became dirty after a little bit of walking around barefoot. Some cabinetry was broken, laundry room door was detached and broken. Some of the bathroom walls still had toothpaste / what looked like boogers on them. Overall the condo just felt dirty. I did mention it to management and they offered to said the maid up, but by that time we already unpacked and cleaned what we could. The pool area had a constant smell to it, not sure what was causing it, there was lots of road work going on and it could of been from the ocean. Other then the above the condo would of been good. The beach and ocean was awesome. The H20 bar / food was good.

we had one of the best vacations every here in panama and we could not say enough about the room. it was very clean, up to date, and had a great view of the ocean. i personally would not change a thing about this place. i would like to think the owners for great time and effort in making our trip one to remember. i would definitely recommend this place for others.
