Our resort accommodations are nestled in the sugar-white sandy shores of one of the most highly rated Florida beaches. As the only full service Panama City Beach resort, Edgewater offers a variety of activities and amenities, including 11 pools, numerous hot tubs, and 24 hour security in a gated resort. Enjoy para-sailing, jet skiing, tennis, golf, weightlifting, beach yoga or a soothing body wrap. The Club at Edgewater's Activities Director and team will be sure you and your family have the best of all your Panama City Beach vacations. It has a tennis complex with

10 lighted tennes courts as well as a 9 hole executive par 3 golf course are right on the property.

We loved our stay so much at this beautiful condo. Perfect views of the beach and gulf. Well appointed with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Super clean. Thoughtful touches including fresh soaps, dishwasher and laundry pods, soft linens, single cup keurig. Large dining table for family style dinners. Perfect for a family with two young kids. And amazing communication from the owner.

The condo and property was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, everything worked properly, and I loved the floor to ceiling front windows. It is close to many good restaurants and shops that I enjoyed. The manager promptly answered my questions and was very helpful. I will definitely rent again and highly recommend to others.

We recently stayed at Edgewater Beach Resort, booking through VRBO and Emerald Coast Destinations.<br/>The property was clean, the view was beautiful!<br/>The communications through Emerald Coast Destinations was exceptional from start to finish. Any questions that I had prior to our trip, were quickly answered by their friendly staff. <br/>After the trip, I realized I left my airpods in the Unit. After contacting the management office, they were able to locate them and are returning them to me as I write this. They were very professional and quick to reply. Clearly, their cleaning company has honest, professional staff as well.<br/>We were very happy with the unit that we rented. (could have used a corkscrew and a sharp knife but they were easily purchased). <br/>We go to Panama City Beach every year to visit family. Several other members of our family were so impressed with the amenities (golf, many pools and hot tubs, excellent restaurants) that they intend to stay down there next year!<br/>We highly recommend Emerald Coast Destinations!

This is an excellent location! The smaller Leeward building has parking close to the building, a no-wait elevator, and a private beach and small pool that are so convenient. Add to that the amenities and security of the Edgewater Beach Resort, and you have the best of both worlds. This condo was clean, well-equipped, (with the exception of a tiny coffee pot), comfortable, and quiet. Two king beds are ideal for two couples traveling together. We will definitely book this unit again.
