This condo was absolutely perfect! I stayed for 2 weeks and hated to leave. The condo is large and very clean with everything you need. The balcony was huge with very comfortable furniture. I will definitely stay here again.

We&#x2019;ve stayed at Sunrise Beach for at least the last nine years and this unit is by far the best one yet. Kitchen has been upgraded perfectly and appliances are top notch. Living room furniture very comfortable, beds are exceptional, air conditioning was perfect. Master shower is outstanding. The magnetic door stop is a great idea that allows you to get your luggage in without fighting the heavy door. Balcony table and chairs will seat six comfortably. I would highly recommend this unit but am afraid it might not be available for us again. <br/>A few things were an inconvenience, the ice maker didn&#x2019;t work the entire stay. I contacted management, the maintenance man came and turned it off. He attempted to repair the master shower sliding door (didn&#x2019;t) but it didn&#x2019;t cause any problems. He corrected the slow shower drain in the second bathroom. Starting Wednesday night the internet went to **** which effected the TV&#x2019;s, they continued to buffer to the point to be unwatchable. It was upgraded Friday lunch and was powerful the remainder of the stay. <br/>The internet was a condo issue and not ECDI. A heads up on the construction work on the condos exterior would have been nice since two of the four elevators were down most of the week and a grinding and hammering noise started each day at 8:00 am for the week but again this was out of control of ECDI. Construction caused some parking issues but only briefly. <br/>Overall there wasn&#x2019;t anything that would not keep me from giving this unit my highest recommended. ECDI are great to work with.

Beautiful remodeled condo with an exceptional view of the Gulf of America. We loved our week in PCB and the condo was located in the perfect area within walking distance to the pier and many restaurants. The pools were great as well as access to the beach. Next time we travel to PCB, I will want to stay here again. Thanks for making our vacation comfortable.<br/><br/>Mike & Cindy

Very pleasant, clean, great location. We enjoyed our stay very much however the parking registration was very confusing link was not sent as described but after contacting resort management was simple to register the vehicles however the parking was tight.

Our only frustration had nothing to do with the property, it was the cleanliness of the beach. We had never had an issue in PCB before. This was nothing on the property owner though. We loved the condo. Great location, clean, roomy and exactly like the pictures.

The condo was just as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We could walk to a variety of restaurants and shops. The resort was clean, well maintained, and had all the features we were looking for in a resort. We will return!!

We really enjoyed our time at Sunrise Beach! It is just what we wanted. A beautiful condo, a balcony to soak up the sun, and the gulf right outside so that we could walk the beach. There was shopping and restaurants close by. It&#x2019;s wasn&#x2019;t too busy to get around. The kitchen was great, very nice appliances. I kind of hate to give it 5 stars, because we would love it to be available again for us next winter.

Beautiful condo for a beach get away. Conveniently located to activities and restaurants. Condo is very clean and recently updated. Owners thought of ways to increase comfort on the stay. We rented unit 1003 and it was perfect! The size of the condo was perfect for us 5. We stayed for 2 weeks. We all had plenty of room and space. Plenty of storage and closet space. Loved the size of the balcony. Easy access to the pool and beach. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
