The condo is in a great location, close to Walmart, restaurants and the main road to Panama City. The view of the beach is awesome. My one complaint is that I would have preferred duvet covers instead of quilts. I’m not sure when the quilts were washed last. It was clean enough if you were staying for a few days but for a longer stay, a deep cleaning would have been better.

My wife and I celebrated our 41st Wedding Anniversary at Ocean Villa 0604! It was Awesome!! The Condo was in great condition, the furniture and décor up to date and the Views from the Expansive Deck were Breath Taking!! Can't say enough about how beautiful that view was and how comfortable the Condo was. The Golden Sunsets from the Balcony where Breath taking! The Condo is located in the heart of the fun things to do at PCB, everything was close. The Property amenities were as advertised. We loved the pools and hot tub, Enjoyed grilling steaks and chicken under the Pergola...and the white sandy beach and turquoise blue water was right there!! The staff had the unit ready for us when we arrived, and the staff that maintains the property kept everything operating as it should. We did not have to reach out for any assistance. We just enjoyed our selves thoroughly! We loved shopping at South Pier, Eating at the oceanfront restaurants (Sharkey's, Runaway Island, and Harpoon Harry's all had great views, great service and great food)! We were there in November (the off season) so it was uncrowded. We just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for providing such an Awesome Place to vacation!! Book this Unit! You Wont Regret it!! We been to Panama City Beach a lot in the past always renting different condos <br/>It was our firs time in Ocean villa .We enjoyed the condo very spacious absolutely loved the kitchen is very well accommodated we got everything we needed, rooms are very cozy and special thanks to housekeeping very clean.<br/>Finding parking spots a piece of cake super easy.<br/>The only one things need improvement in my opinion a mattress in master bedroom is uncomfortable and squeaky both of us me and my husband were having back pain every morning other than that we loved everything.<br/>I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family <br/>Hope to come back again.

Very nice condo. Spare bedroom beds more suited for children or teens. Great to have the beach chairs. The elevators take a long time to arrive when called. Great location.

My family, including (3) teenage boys stayed from Sat -Sat. We had great weather and the unit was clean and comfortable. The elevators at Ocean Villa has been a problem for a few years it seems, as only 1 of the 3 seem to be working at a time. My only complaint is the 4% fee for credit card payments. In this day and age, money orders or certified checks that can get lost isn&#x2019;t ideal, and credit cards is the norm. A minor inconvenience that cost a few hundred extra dollars I could&#x2019;ve used for those boys&#x2019; dinner! lol. The unit was very nice, clean, easily accessible and all codes and instructions were supplied just prior to check in. 9am is a bit early for check out. We had a great time and will return again!

Great location. Condo was perfect. I would suggest some lounge chairs on the balcony. We had everything we needed! We&#x2019;ll be back soon . Thanks for the memories!
