The condo sleeps six thanks to a regal queen size bed in the bedroom, a comfy queen sleeper sofa in the living room and kid friendly bunks in the hallway. You'll enjoy stunning gulf views from the spacious living room, kitchen AND private balcony. Why just look at the gulf when you can feel and smell it? Gulf breezes, warm Florida sunshine and fresh salt air await on your oversized balcony. It's big enough to accommodate your entire party!

When you're ready to explore the resort, you'll discover that the property lives up to its name. Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $55 resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $35. Same for Motorcycles. Trailer parking is $55. Resort Pet Fee is $50 up to 7 days, $5 per day after. No pets over 25lbs.
