Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

This condo was recently purchased in January of 2022. The new owners did a lot of work to it and bought a lot of new furniture it is in superb condition. It is a new listing and the good reviews will start coming in for sure.

This condo Sleeps 8 in 2 bedrooms King in the master & 2 Queen Size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Plus Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room. You will enjoy the breath-taking sunsets from this beautifully decorated unit.

Each bedroom connects to a private full size bathroom.

From the kitchen, dining room and living room look directly out over the sugar white sand and emerald blue ocean water. The afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets are breathtaking. You can see for miles down the beach in either direction or watch the action in the water.

Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the newest resorts and is directly gulf front, with 636 feet of gulf frontage. Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the most exclusive resorts on the Emerald Coast located directly on the world’s most beautiful beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach.

At least 1 guest must be age 25 to rent this condo. There is a one-time resort fee of $48 + Tax, for up to 2 parking passes and resort wrist bands paid online to the resort at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $58 + tax if paid less than 24 hours in advance or at the registration desk on the day of arrival.

Your condo was great!! From a smooth reservation and check in process to an easy check out process. The condo was as described in the listing and was clean and tidy when we arrived. Beds are comfy and kitchen had all we needed for our stay (we did not do any major cooking) Thanks for sharing you little piece of happiness with us.

We spent Spring Break at Tidewater 1908. Our stay was perfect! Many of the reviews had us worried about the elevators. We had no issues.

Great condo and great location. Would have been 5 stars overall but the spa was under maintenance while we were there and there was sidewalk construction out front. Other than that had a wonderful experience!

This was our second year staying in this condo. Overall we liked it. The washer could have been cleaner it had some black mold on the opening. <br/>The floors were cleaner than last year but still could have been better. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced it is not that comfortable. They did paint the condo and it really updated it. Again we enjoyed our stay and with a few minor updates to the master bathroom it would be really nice. ( Take out the big tub and enlarge the shower). <br/>Merlin Arensdorff <br/>

We stayed here for Fall Break and loved the condo! It appears to be recently updated and we had all of the items needed to prepare breakfast/lunch. It was more spacious than it appeared on-line, so there was plenty of room for my husband & I, along with (2) teenage boys. I also love having a washer/dryer available in the room. There are plenty of dining/shopping/grocery options nearby and our boys enjoyed being within walking distance of the Pier/Pier Park. We only had a few complaints... The cable wouldn't work on any of the TV's when we first arrived. Maintenance was sent and brought new remotes the next day. Not a big deal, but my husband had missed most of the college football games, as we were driving down most of Saturday, and wanted to catch up on scores, etc. The dishwasher also wouldn't work. Maintenance again came, but were unable to repair. Again, not a big deal, but I had waited to run the dishwasher until it was full. It was an annoyance to have to hand wash A LOT of dishes that afternoon, especially being on vacation. Lastly, our floors left your feet completely black if walking barefoot. We all wore slippers if we were indoors. The property managers were super friendly and quickly responded to our issues. Our last issues were with the resort itself, which the homeowners don't control. Just be prepared for long waits at the elevators, and the complimentary beach service is overcrowded, at best. If you're not downstairs in line by 7:30-8am, don't expect a decent seat. You are also right on-top of your neighbors. Again, we can rectify this next year by bringing our own chairs and moving away from the crowds for a peaceful day.

The floors are filthy!!! Walk around for 5 min and your feet are black!<br/>The bath rugs, need a good cleaning. <br/>Didn&#x2019;t expect for linens to be dropped off the night before we left. <br/>Windows in bedroom need cleaning and dusted.<br/>Door to the outside needs to have weatherstripping you can see daylight thru it.<br/><br/>

I enjoyed the rental. It was very convenient to both a grocery store (walking distance) and the Tourist strip in Panama City Beach. Again it was walking distance to the tourist strip but not so close you had the noise. There were also, a number of restaurants with in walking distance.<br/><br/>It was clean. The beds were good, the other furniture was fine. Everything was as you would want it. The view from the balcony could not be beat. I needed to hook up a Roku in order to have a streaming device for TV streams. Otherwise I believe it has basic cable. I don't believe it had a streaming capable device hooked up.<br/><br/>My only complaint may seem small but I was trying to remote work at the condo. The internet was very, very poor. Slow speeds, when I could connect to the wifi. Frequently, it would cut out. I tried hot spotting off my phone which worked well enough from the front bedroom but not most of the unit. <br/><br/>I know people are considering this a "vacation" rental, so why do you need internet? ehhh, I am certain I am not the only person who needs / wants to work remotely. A decent wifi router is not a significant investment. That would have made me give it perfect review.
