*****This 16th floor Boardwalk Beach Resort ocean front condo has a King Size bed in the master and also a King Size Bed in the 2nd bedroom*****

The living room has a pull out queen size couch.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most family friendly complexes in Panama City Beach. It has one of the best pool areas of any complex. There is a very large lagoon pool, 2 hot tubs and a children play area.

The Boardwalk has a full service Tiki Bar here with live music on weekends.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a spectacular view of the gulf with access to the balcony. It has a large flat screen TV with cable TV.

The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed and flatscreen TV.

The living room has an ocean view with balcony access and a pull out couch. It has a flat screen TV as well.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook full meals while on vacation.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

Splash Zone children’s pool area with interactive water toys
Lavish pool deck
2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)

PAYMENT TERMS FOR RESERVATION REQUESTS
Thank you for choosing to stay with Emerald Coast Destinations Inc. Please review the payment terms for your reservation below:

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.

We have been booking with Emerald Coast Destinations for several years now. This was our first time at The Boardwalk, it was fabulous! Well appointed condo, beautifully decorated, gorgeous bedrooms!!! Super comfy bedding and the view is spectacular!

This was our first time to PCB. The location of the property was exactly as described. The condo was clean and exactly as expected. We did have an issue with the ice maker and garbage disposal, but they were addressed immediately. The only suggestion I would have is that the chairs on the patio be cleaned. A couple of them were extremely dirty. Otherwise, we were very happy with everything about the resort.

Great location, great security, overall good condition however, the elevators need maintenance and the condition of the condo was NOT clean. I had emailed the condo owner/company right away and no response. I have called at least 8 times since and told someone would return my call, no response. I have several pictures that were sent to them for proof of untidy conditions. I am unhappy as this is not great customer service. I paid a premium price to stay there and I expected at least a semi-clean condo!
