Majestic Beach Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts, sauna, steam room, spa & health club plus a deli market with a Starbucks! If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, Pier Park is less than 5 miles away! With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. You should also check out the activity packed Miracle Strip amusement park!

Shipwreck Island is less than 2 miles away and is great fun for the kids! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop or the White-knuckle Rapids.

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort in Panama City Beach is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. Vacation rentals at the Resort enjoy FIVE pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. This property truly offers something for everyone!

***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) the number of parking passes will permitted per condo will be limited to 1 to 2 depending on the week***

Friendly staff on site. Great location. Fast elevators. Emerald coast management has very poor customer service.<br/>This unit needs lots of work. Encountered several problems - emerald coast property managers very slow to respond and not accomafing at all!

I have never stayed at majestic I&#x2019;m sure glad I did. This trip was amazing the condo,view, all the amenities was amazing. Property owner was great to work with always got right back to me with any questions. Don&#x2019;t hesitate to make wonderful memories at the majestic

The property was clean and centrally located. It satisfied our needs. The only complaints that we had were the microwave was broken and the pillows need replacing. We would stay at this location again.

The room was very clean when we arrived. When booking this room, know you book through Emerald coast destinations. Not the owner.<br/>The Majestic is a very clean and very nice place to stay. All the staff are very friendly. Note: the pools are not heated. The outside pools felt like ice water over fall break. One thing we were not happy with was the thermostat in the room. It was very warm in the room when we arrived on Saturday. No matter what we did we couldn&#x2019;t get it to work properly. There was a # to call but since it was the weekend no one was there. On Monday someone did something remotely because it finally started to feel a little cooler. But just know you don&#x2019;t have 100% control of the temperature in this condo.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the unit. There were a few hiccups, but nothing that we couldn't adjust around. I'm not sure if it's been reported, but the ice maker, hood vent and light didn't work. We greatly appreciate y'all sending someone to fix all the tv's as well! Our time at Majestic was very relaxing and we made several life long friends from different states!! Thank you

Getting the parking passes was confusing because there was no where to park to run up to the room. Otherwise it was a good condo, a few things that needed fixing like the TV's but we didn't need those. We loved being right on the beach for the price! Loved the pools and location!!
