1 Set of Free Beach Chairs & Large Umbrellas Included in Summer & Fall Season from 3/1 until 10/31 weather and beach conditions permitting. A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

Our unit is non-smoking and we cannot allow pets.

Note: Calypso HOA charges a $60 per vehicle parking pass fee obtained online in advance. You will be sent a link to register your vehicles. Parking is as convenient as it gets in a large secure gated and lighted parking garage across the street

Thank you for choosing to stay with Emerald Coast Destinations Inc. Please review the payment terms for your reservation below:

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

We had the best week! Everything was emailed before hand so check in and parking was a breeze! No issues with the property and our room was as described. We were on the 4th floor of Calypso tower 2. Only complaint would be the mattress on the master bed. It’s very firm. Which is minor and I realize that it’s hard to get a mattress to satisfy everyone. Would stay here again.

We stayed in Calypso 2-0407 for 7 days. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. There is 1 heated pool and 1 unheated. There is no hot tub. Our balcony overlooked the Gulf of Mexico and it was fabulous! The property was somewhat clean and decently maintained. We had no issues, so customer service was fine. I would recommend to a friend. I would say a more deep clean was needed, there seemed to be some stains on the sofa and the walls in the master bath were not clean. The shower liner had mold on it. Some touchups were definitely needed in spots. We enjoyed the chairs on the beach, the Tiki bar at the pool, both pools, and the parking garage. It was convenient to have a walkway over the road. Safety was somewhat of a concern, I wish there was more of a locked entry - anyone was able to just walk in to the facility. Pier Park had lots of dining and shopping options. We enjoyed Sharky's too. It was a great place to spend with other family's on spring break (we had a large group and were able to accommodate multiple families).

could not figure out how to turn on the master bedroom light or maybe it was out. the dryer didn't dry our laundry very well. beds were comfortable. we had a great time

The master bedroom mattress was horrible, very broken down, would sink down into one spot, not comfortable at all. Living room furniture could be replaced, or at least have the furniture covers cleaned. Loved the view, kitchen had everything we needed, kids loved the hall bunk beds.

We are just finishing our stay and it’s been perfect! The location of this unit can’t be beat!! It has everything we could need in the kitchen. We had no issues at all with the unit, parking, or services. We decided to use the sofa bed and I called for sheets which were promptly delivered right away. The view is terrific and excellently located close to everything! I can’t say enough about how we enjoyed staying here. We have come to PCB for years but this is definitely my new go-to condo!

This was a great stay in the heart of the activities in PCB. Garage was right across the street and the 4th floor made the garage easily accessible and still no obstruction to the gorgeous scenery. The condo was very clean and felt so comfortable to be able relax out of the sun in the evenings. Bathrooms were great size and the unit really made us feel like we were on a beach vacation. Balcony was great to sit out and watch the sunset, the kids ghost crabbing at night, and keep an eye when the beach is starting to get busy. Awesome that there are 2 pools so always plenty of room.....the tiki bar in-between helps too. Will certainly look to book again in the future!

Perfect location near pier park, walking is just one block.Also 4th floor is perfect. Above palm treesfor unobstructed view of the gulf and beach. Plus no waits for elevators as there is an elevator that goes only between the 1st and 4th floors. All others go up to 20 something and lots of stops. Condo is decorated beautifully
