The condo sleeps 8. King bed in the Master Suite, 2 Queen Beds 2nd BR, a queen size sofa sleeper. Unit has a full kitchen, no carpet, both bathrooms and living room completely remodeled.

Regency Towers has great amenities at a budget price! Family friendly resort lots to do 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, shuffleboard courts and over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is on the east end of Panama City Beach 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas, deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat jet ski rentals. Many local restaurants nearby J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s, Patches Bar and Grille, and Schooners Open Air Restaurant on the beach.

Sorry No Dogs allowed except service dogs.

Spring Break Ages 18-25 Price shown is for 6 people we will add $125 + tax each for 7th-8th guests. A $300 refundable Security Deposit will be added to the total shown.

Regency Towers Resort$40 Per Condo Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, 1 extra is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. Summer and busy weeks renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

The rental was nice. The building is obviously old. There were issues with one of the elevators but it was fixed by the next day. When we arrived, we had been given the wrong door code but that was quickly fixed. The door however, was in rough shape. The frame was in very bad condition to the point where you had to lock the deadbolt or the door wouldn’t even latch. The unit has been renovated but the kitchen is still dated. No big deal. But it wasn’t super clean. There was black mold where the shower slides and on the rail inside the shower. You can tell the high touch surfaces get cleaned but that’s all. It is in need of a deep clean. The couch looked new and was nice. The bed was sitting on plywood and went very comfortable. Love that the beach set up was included. Overall, I would say it was fine. Nothing over the top but it was nice enough for a week at the beach.

The condo was nicely decorated and included a fully stocked kitchen. The condo was very clean when we arrived, I could smell the cleanliness. I had an issue with locking the door, one of the buttons we needed for our code was off of the lock so it couldn't be pressed. I called and it was immediately taken care of with a door code change. I hope this unit is available next time I book! I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. Regency Towers has great amenities, it's our favorite place to stay.

We had a great stay. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. The ocean views were gorgeous. The pools were great. The only issue was the HOA of Regency Tower does have policies above VRBO or other booking companies the we weren’t aware of prior to checking in.

The rental management staff were very helpful. There was a number missing on the electronic door lock that wouldn’t allow us to use the code we were given, a quick call and the issue was resolved with a new code. The condo was in a great location and the private beach was great. We really enjoyed having the chairs and umbrellas reserved on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, our only complaint was that most of the utensils, pots and pans were not clean. Several of the kitchen cabinet doors were sprung and didn’t stay closed. I would rate the cleaning as a C as there was coffee or soda on the walls, the bathroom doors needed wiping down, the counters needed wiping down. The beds were not very comfortable, could use new mattresses. We did like that the parking is private and gated with a gate guard.

The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. Had an absolutely wonderful time at this property and will definitely return! Have stayed at many different properties in PCB and this one was my favorite. Also seems to be very well sound proofed because we couldn’t hear any outside noise.

We had plenty of room for 5 of us to sleep comfortably in 3 beds. The area is beautiful and quiet. We called for maintenance to report/repair because the garbage disposal wasn't working and was backing water up into the sink and dishwasher and a chair was broken. Was told they would come to repair these things but never showed up. Otherwise, we had a great vacation stay.

Our October 2022 vacation at Regency Towers 0508 was great. The rental process, check in process was 100% smooth! The condo location was exactly what we were looking for - a quiet spot on the beach. While Regency Towers is one of the oldest condos along Panama City Beach, our room had recently been updated. The bed and bath rooms were beautiful and spacious. Plenty of linens were provided so daily laundry was not necessary. The kitchen cabinets were still outdated, but the appliances were new. And the kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare our meals. I would highly recommend this unit to my friends and family.

The condo was nice. Very comfortable master bed. Nice updates, kitchen could use some updates. Elevators were hard to get on and one was down for a few days. We were on the 5th floor and had to use the stairs a lot. If we stay at RT again we will find a condo on a lower floor. Overall a good stay. <br/><br/><br/>

The 2 bedrm unit was smaller, it&#x2019;s cleanliness was a 4 out of 5, the beds are hard, the kitchen needs to be torn out completely, the decor was super cute, the view from the balcony was fabulous, hotel amenities are great, 2 large pools(1warm & 1 cold), hot tub was clean, B/Bobs Tiki hut near the pools had great snacks & drinks reasonably priced, music played all day, beach chairs were nice.

Had a wonderful stay, even with a rainy day. My youngest grandson loved the pools. Would have given a 5-star for condition but the sliding doors were very heavy to move (think WD-40) and the dehumidifier should be cleaned. But was an excellent stay overall.

From the moment you step through the door you're welcomed by the beauty that is Regency towers! Breathtaking views, very relaxing pool and tiki bar, and an overall comfort to unwind from a day out with family!

The condo was just as described. I loved how it wasn't overly decorated with fancy decors all over the place due to younger kids. The activities were wonderful as the kids loved doing karaoke. The view was gorgeous as we got to watch the sun set and rise with the ocean front views. The fireworks were outstanding and the food was wonderful at the tiki bar between the pools. The best part is the food was affordable on top of it all!
