This luxurious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo sleeps 13 and features 2 Gulf Front Master Suites. Plenty of space to bring the entire crew & vacation in style!

Includes 2 FREE beach service sets. 4 padded lounge chairs and 2 large umbrellas directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $80/day $480/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

If you're looking for a spot that has an upscale experience with a homey feel, this is the place for you! With plenty of relaxing space indoors, and many amenities on site, Ocean Ritz has it all and is ready to give you a beach vacation for years to come! As you walk into this unit you will have a view of the kitchen, dining room and living room leading out to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The bar area seats 5 and is the perfect spot for making drinks before heading to the beach! The gorgeous dining room can seat 8. The living room features a Queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping room and has Sunbrella material! As you go out onto the spacious balcony you will have an amazing view of the Gulf!

When going into the bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom. Each side features Gulf Front Suites. Both of them have King size beds with their own private access to the 500 sq. foot balcony. One of the guest bedrooms features 1 King bed & 1 Twin bed, and the other features a Bunk Room with 3 Full Size beds. Ocean Ritz has its own amenities on property such as a pool, spa, sauna, steam room, & fitness center. There is also 24 hour security and 2 elevators for your convenience and safety. I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Ritz. My room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The amenities—especially the pool were a little bit of a let down due to our original booked location being changed at the last minute. I’d definitely return to and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The condo was wonderful. It met our needs in every way. The balcony was fabulous. I look forward to staying in this unit again at some point....soon I hope. <br/>I would recommend grab bars in the shower for safety. 60 year old Cougars might have brittle bones if we fell.

The location and unit were great! We loved the balcony at sunset and the 4 bedrooms were very nice. The kitchen is a little small and we were lacking some basic items like oven mitts/hot pads for pulling things out of the oven, but we made it work. the hot tube was often overrun by small children in diapers which was not appealing to us. We would have liked to use it more, but it really just isn't big enough for the side of the building with the number of clients using it. The beach was amazing and having the chair rental included was a fantastic bonus!

Our family just stayed at the Ocean Ritz #1103 condo and it was amazing. We loved the space, the amazing balcony, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The unit was clean and just perfect for our family of 7 - we loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. It is also in a great area - close to all the fun attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

The place is awesome! We love the view of the ocean with its breeze soothing to the soul. The rooms are big enough for family and friends, nice and clean. The property manager is nice and sweet! Overall, we enjoyed our stay, we&#x2019;ll definitely come back.

Pros: The layout of the condo was great, and the patio was large with lots of furniture. The beach chairs were a plus. <br/>Cons: The parking was horrible. Basically only guaranteed 1 spot even though says 2. We had to pay $70 to park another vehicle. The lot across for overflow said we would have an assigned spot that is not true. The elevators were a nightmare most of the time. You would wait 15 to get one at a non peak time. The pool was over crowded and never even used because of that, the condo was very dirty and didn&#x2019;t look like most of it was even cleaned. The kitchen was a cluster we had to organize the cupboards just to find anything. Overall I think the parking and the cleaning of the condo need to be the biggest things addressed.

While most everything was great with the condo, (the kitchen faucet should be either fixed or replaced), it was a huge pain only having one elevator operating. Add to that an older gentleman policing the pool area asking people to show their wristband. Now, I&#x2019;m not sure who would want to wear an ugly plastic wristband for an entire week on their beach vacation, so I attached ours to my beach bag. According to this man, who displayed no identification, this is not allowed. I have stayed at the Ocean Ritz for multiple years and this has never been an issue. He was really going overboard. The weather was awful for the whole week we were there, so this guy was just one more annoyance in my opinion.

We spent 2 months at the Ocean Ritz and had a most excellent snowbird adventure. The accommodations were quite comfortable and large (4 bedrooms 4 baths) and the views were amazing. Spent much of our time on the balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels, etc. The kitchen was outfitted with good quality dinnerware/silverware/cookware and every kitchen gadget you would need. The only downfalls were the position of the refrigerator (up against the wall so you could not reach into the freezer - major inconvenience). The parking situation was crazy. Very small, hard to maneuver in parking garage which was mostly empty and yet we still had to park across the street. And the stackable washer/dryer was in a very tight spot behind the door and made it difficult to get to. Not to mention how long it took to do a load of laundry. The living room tv kept getting off sync and the words would come out then the lips would follow. Very frustrating watching tv. Other than those annoying circumstances, we were very comfortable and would love to return. I highly recommend Ocean Ritz for a quiet, relaxing, comfortable place to watch the beach activities and catch some rays. <br/><br/>Just a suggestion, a nice reading chair in the living would be an excellent addition. The couch and loveseat are quite saggy. We had to use the outside chair cushions for some added support.

We booked one room but only stayed in it a couple of nights. There was a water leak and the water had to be turned off in our room. We had to wait around all day to find out if we would be moved to a different room or not which interfered with our plans for that day. We finally got to move rooms but had to wait for it to be cleaned. The second room was clean and nice. The building is older and could use some renovation but nothing bad. They did have a fire alarm testing day for 2 days which was loud but necessary. The issue with our second room was the dryer. It ruined about $200 of clothing due to the lint trap having a piece broken from it and it was catching the clothes during the cycle. Over all we had a great vacation. Beautiful ocean views.

The condo was very clean and had exactly what we needed for an All Family Vaca!! The fireworks were spectacular but we will not come again on Fourth of July! We had a super duper time!! Just think it was a little pricey. We did have a little problem with parking as our daughters vehicle broke down the minute she turned it off in the parking lot and we were not in our spot and the management company and condo owner who we were in were very rude and made us make a very expensive move. They wanted their parking space back and they wanted it now!! That's was very disappointing, people are always more important than the person who needs assistance, patience needs to be taught much more broadly!

Overall nice. Needs a deep cleaning and some minor repairs

Overall the rental was nice. The decor is updated and the balcony is amazing. A few minor complaints. There was only one elevator working on the day we (and everyone else) were checking in. The room could use a good deep cleaning. It was not nasty but the dust was super thick on the fans and when we turned them on it blew all over the bed. The jets (which we did not use)in <br/>main master bedroom needs to be cleaned. There was visible mold that needs to be addressed. The lower bunk mattress needs to be removed and cleaned under. We noticed an abundance of plaster from the ceiling and not sure what else was under there as we were removing sheets. There was a picture on the floor when we got there and the curtains over door seem to be pulling away from the wall and there was air blowing through the main master door. I would suggest taking extra pillowcases and blankets. There were no extras in room. The location of the condo was very convenient. The attendant at the beach was very attentive and friendly. We are a family of 8 and it was perfect for us. We had plenty of space for everyone. We would recommend and stay again.

This place was absolutly beautiful. The balcony is huge-makes the view enjoyable for everyone. It's right across the street from the daiquri shack, down the street from gas stations, short walk to restaurants-convenient location! Some shortcomings: the parking is horrible...and only two elevators for the entire condo complex.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ocean Ritz 1103. The condo exceeded my expectations! The large balcony was wonderful. And being on the 11th floor was perfect. Parking was a bit tight, but otherwise, everything was great!

We were pleasantly surprised by this property and its location. The balcony and its furnishings were amazing, with a perfect view of the sunset. Being on the 11th floor & so close to the gulf, we had the impression of being on a cruise ship. The unit was very elegant & well furnished with lots of space to spread out. After long walks on the beach it was nice to relax at the pool and jacuzzi (which were well maintained daily at appropriate temperatures).
