We had a wonderful stay at Watercrest Condominium. The condo could use some updating and additional sitting in living room, but it was clean and the room sizes were larger than most. Our balcony was very nice and huge. We will definitely be staying here again.

Booking the rental was simple and the cost was fair at arrival the condo units exterior was clean and looked well maintained access to the condo was clean with easy access the condo itself was very nice comfortable and clean. We had perfect weather all seven days of our stay everywhere we needed to go was convenient the beach as always beautiful great food nearby great shopping nearby as well. The only thing I would like to see is the condo up dated its a little dated but still very very nice.We Truly enjoyed every minute of our vacation Thank You

Over all we enjoyed our trip. The condo didn't seem that it was cleaned properly and cabinets in kitchen need fixed and the toilet in bathroom the the flaper replace, we had to listen to it leak the whole time. I message the properly manager on the way there and did not get a response till 2 hours later, by the time I got a response, we had already figured it out and got our stuff moved in and was out for supper. This must be owned by a big company. When I have stayed at other properties the owner was on it.i would stay again at this condo if I could find I independen owner.

Great condo with a lot of room. Nice pool and easy access to the beach. The condo is a little out dated with a few things that needed to be fixed. There was a hole in one of the bathroom doors and the hall closet sliding door was broken. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

My daughter & I stayed for a week at the end of August. The building was very clean & the room was awesome! Loved the location, the decor, layout of room & the view from the 12th floor balcony! The room was clean & stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay at the Watercrest again!

Watercrest Condo building,pool & hot tub very nice. Overall 1202 was comfortable but not very clean. We arrived and found mold on shower curtain and soap scum around shower fixtures. Balcony curtains very dirty at the bottom. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

I was very worried, because this was a last minute vacation. My worries quickly went away when we went into the condo. We had a fantastic stay. You can not beat the price and location. We plan on coming back next Fall Break.

Great balcony that did offer some shade. Condo was clean and well equipped with cookware and dishes. However I suggest taking your own towels and wash cloths as it was not appropriately stocked. A/C, stove, Washer and dryer worked very well. Had a great time. Condo could use some updates and cosmetic repairs- Tvs in bedrooms needs replaced, beds sleepable but could use updating and bathroom door had a fist outlined hole but did not affect use. Overall we had a nice trip and rental company was quick to accommodate and resolve any issues.

We had a wonderful vacation in this unit. Our only complain is that we could not find sheets and blankets for the pull out couch. Everything else was PERFECT! We would stay here again given the opportunity!

The condo was very nice, the only thing I found that it was in need of was spoons. The beach was beautiful and the water was clear. I spent a lot time on the balcony enjoying the view, I would definitely rent again.

This was a great place to stay. We look forward to booking again next year. The condo was clean and beautiful. Normal wear and tear. I would recommend others to book and stay as well. The view was beautiful. The owners are great to work with and we felt like the people that worked on the property were very friendly. The property was also kept clean and so was the pool area. As I stated before we will book again.

The master bedroom contains a king bed and private access to the master bath, as well as a flat TV. It also has a balcony door with access to the balcony. The master suite has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The second bedroom is perfect for the kids or whole family with 2 double beds (huge room!) that comfortably sleep 4. This bedroom also has a full bathroom of it's own and TV.
