The unit is quite comfortable and thee view is great. I would recommend the unit to others as well. The only downside would be the lack of timely response to maintenance issues. It took three phone calls over four days to get the toilet unplugged. One of the sliding glass door handles came loose and rather than fix it he just took it off and took it with him. I was told I could still open the door using my fingertips. <br/>The vacuum cleaner did not have a filter, so it was not usable. It just blew dust around the room. Three requests over three weeks to address this issue still left us without a usable vacuum cleaner. A bench had a loose leg. A potential hazard to the point we could not use the bench. I was told he would take the weak leg under advisement. After two months, the wobbly leg had not been corrected. <br/>The lack of desire or ability to address maintenance issues in a timely manner does not place Emerald Coast in a very positive light. <br/>Thank you.<br/>A 5 to general condition, a 4 to cleanliness, 4 to location, 55 to the property management, and a "0" to maintenance. <br/>

Wonderful location and the condo was clean..I do have a few complaints <br/>1. Parking in not good cause your parking space is outside the parking deck <br/>2. Not enough towels and was clothes had to was everyday <br/>3. Had to strip beds and take trash out and tidy up and I would think since I had to pay a cleaning fee Which is very expensive they should do those things<br/>4. WI-FI password was incorrect that was on my paperwork called waited 3 days to get new password and every time I had to call them they never would call me back

The condo was nice, looks likes it has recently been remodeled. The decor was extremely sparse but i imagine that will change as there were lots of wall hangings in the closets. The only complaints would be that, while the place looked very clean there was sand on the floor throughout the unit when we arrived. And the Wi-Fi password didn&#x2019;t work for the first two days since the management company wasn&#x2019;t able to be contacted over the weekend. Wi-Fi would not have been a big deal if using our hot spot but cell service was practically nonexistent is this unit. Still, it was a great location and we would book again!

The only problem we had is the pictures appeared to be a king bed in the master bedroom and all the beds were double beds. A little too soft for our liking but overall it was a very nice condo. There needs to be instructions on how to operate the TV's especially for the older generation that is not up on all the current technology.
