We had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The complex has covered assigned parking and very efficient elevators. I highly recommend this rental and will stay here again if I get the chance.

Our room was great! The property was just as described. Very clean and great view of the ocean!! Rental chairs were just as advertised and an added plus! We only had one problem and that was that we had the wrong wi-fi code. Just called and was given the right one! Quick fix!! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and will definitely will rent again!!

Overall a great condo and location. The only issue with our stay was that there was construction outside that was very noisy and dusty.

Accommodations were great. Loved the bedrooms, bed mattresses, updated showers, cooking accessories, washer and dryer. Living room pullout couch was very dated and uncomfortable for sitting on could be upgraded. <br/>Balcony furniture was great, especially after the table and chairs were replaced after the January 9th tornado incident. Stunning view of the pool and beach areas. Very much enjoyed the beach and the local eating places. <br/>The Oceanside balcony maintenance for Treasure Island was annoying as our stay went on with our unit location starting the maintenance the last 3 days of our stay. Balcony use was not appropriate at this point with all the dust and debris in the air plus the noise from sanding and jackhammering the units balcony deck. Had we been staying longer would have been very disappointed in the maintenance effort disturbing our peaceful stay for the money spent. <br/>All in all our stay was everything we were looking forward to. Staff at office was able to provide help and follow-up when needed. Give this a 5 star for no maintenance and a 3 star with maintenance occurring for the price.

Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival.
