Overall this served its purpose of a place to stay for the week. However I didn’t love everything about it. The furniture was not in the best condition, missing blankets with no access to the thermostat, and dishes in cabinets were not clean. The place is very close to PCB night life and right on the beach. Wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

Everything was good until they had a pipe burst on another floor, which resulted in flooding many floors, Luckily, not ours, <br/>The elevators were extremely hot and busy.All the time. we were supposed to move floors and they ended up moving us to a different condo, which was better actually

Great views of the Gulf! Nice upgrades throughout the unit. Emerald Coast Destinations was very responsive, we needed another set of sheets & they were delivered within a few hours. Great communication.

The condo was very clean and newly updated and the view was amazing. The property was clean. Security was very present. The restaurant on site, Bikini Bob's, has really good food. Overall it was a great stay. Hope to be back soon.

This condo was beautifully renovated and such a perfect place for our little family. We enjoyed everything about it. Stayed here during spring break and it was quiet and comfortable for a family with young kids. Will stay again!

Just steps away from the beautiful sands of PCB! Breathtaking views from this 14th floor condo at the Summit!

This condominium is located on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. It is at The Summit on Thomas Drive. You will find yourself within walking distance of restaurants, amusement parks, golf courses, and more. Grills are provided on site if you enjoy cooking out. There is also a TIKI bar in the pool area which is close to the beach so you can get a cool drink any time without leaving the property. A bar and grill called Bikini Bobs is onsite for food

The Summit has two large pools for guests as well as both indoor and outdoor hot tubs! An exercise room is located on the ground floor near the lobby for guests as well!

The master bedroom in this beautiful unit has a king size size bed and a large flat screen tv. It has access to the bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The hallway has 2 twin size bunk beds. There is also a bathroom access from the hallway.

The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa, a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal!

Full size washer and dryer in unit.

Private balcony is the perfect height for breathtaking views of the Gulf!
