Good for the price. The unit overall was fine but needs a little TLC. The property is definitely older and the elevators didn’t work half the time. There is also a strip club right across the street that we saw from our back door. The pools and beach were great and the kids enjoyed the evening activities.

We were happy with our choice for a long stay this year. It wasn’t perfect. The drain in the second bathroom kept clogging. The deck furniture needs to be updated. The condo, however, made everything okay. Great location and lots to do. We would stay again.

Great location, property outside was clean and pools and beach were great. The actual condo has the latch on the door between the two toilets was broken. The condo was clean.

Sand was in bed when arrived. Kitchen was not stocked compared to other beach condos and glass tables are a terrible idea. Long wait on elevators almost the entire time. The gym equipment was terrible. On a good note the condo cost slightly less than many others and the stay overall was good.

The unit was dirty when we arrived. It was 4:30. We ended up cleaning it ourselves because no one showed up to clean until around 9 pm. The globes were off the lights. The toilet seat by the shower has a crack in it and it will pinch you.

I'm used to go to the summit location. Great location. Pools, Gulf are amazing. Unit amenities were perfect. we had everything we needed.<br/>Unit 809 wasn't cleaned as I had in the past in other units. The floor and the Oven were very dirty. I had to mop the floor twice and Auto clean the oven for 3 hrs. TV was broken but was replaced the day after. Maintenance's guy was awesome. If I go back to the Summit it won't be in that unit. I don't like the mirrors everywhere, power outlets and light switches are loose because of these mirrors, they don't feel safe. I would recommend the summit to a friend but not that unit.

Condo was not clean - the cleaning lady was finishing as we got there at 4. I ended up having to go buy cleaning supplies and clean before we could unpack. The property was a great location . We loved the view . And once I cleaned the condo it was absolutely fine :) Overall the unit was decent and we enjoyed our stay . The summit resort property itself was in bad shape - lots of things dirty, broken, and needing attention on their property . But as stated, it didn’t necessarily affect our time- , we enjoyed our stay and had a good time . The property is walking distance to a few restaurants - and attractions, which was convenient !

This condominium is located on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. It is at The Summit on Thomas Drive. You will find yourself within walking distance of restaurants, amusement parks, golf courses, and more. Grills are provided on site if you enjoy cooking out. There is also a TIKI bar in the pool area which is close to the beach so you can get a cool drink any time without leaving the property. A bar and grill called Bikini Bobs is onsite for food
The Summit has two large pools for guests as well as both indoor and outdoor hot tubs! An exercise room is located on the ground floor near the lobby for guests as well!
The master bedroom in this beautiful unit has a king size size bed and a flat screen tv. It has access to the 1.5 bathroom with a shower/tub combo, 2 sinks and 2 toilets!
The hallway has a twin size bunkbed.
The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa, a flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal!
Private balcony is the perfect height for breathtaking views of the Gulf!
